Do not use for vehicle inspections. This place opens at 8:00 am. I arrive early to be first so I can get in and out and off to work. In spite of being the only person there for an inspection, I wait over 20 minutes just for them to pull the car in and get started. It was another 20 minutes for them to return my car with NOBODY doing anything the few times I looked in. Clearly, vehicle inspections are low priority. Worse is that the car was retuned with the drivers window down and key fob left in the car. When I protested, the attitude was, "Its sitting right there!" It takes only 5 seconds to steal a car with the keys left in the car...less if it has push-button start. When I looked the car over at the office, I found that rather than lay down a cloth to catch the old sticker scraped off the widow, half of it was dropped into the defroster vent. Overall, they took no care to return the vehicle in as clean a condition as they received it. I get that this place does more than just inspections, but a job that takes not even 15 minutes shouldnt keep someone waiting for over half an hour when they are the only customer in line. Being surly when a customer is upset just shows no class to boot.

If I could give a zero (0) I would. I had two tires needed on Wednesday April 1st. They had to be special ordered. They told me they would be available middle next week. Called them on Wednesday they stated they might be in that day or the next day (they would call me back)...they didnt. Well its Thursday the 9th, they tell me they might be in the warehouse and they would call me back......they didnt again...... I call them back and am told that they were able to locate some in Philadelphia.... It would be next week. I cancelled..... Dont use these people. They will NOT call you back when they say they will. In my case, I think they lied about ever ordering them in the first place....There are plenty of other places to get the service you deserve when spending your hard earned money. To beat it all, they didnt seem to care that they have lost my business.....Try someone else... I will ! (now I understand why they had to close their Abingdon location). With customer service like that... I think they will be lucky to keep the current Bristol location also.

These people ripped me off a couple years ago. I took my car for a oil change waited no joke 4 hours and they finally say we cant get your car to start. We can order the part for $80 + and will put it on for free. I call around get the part for about $50 less at auto zone they put the part on, drive home and the air bag light comes on. I contact them with my concern, they are rude they try to be cute with their answers and say I can bring my car back over and they will look at it for "free" I told them nothing was wrong with my car when I took it for the oil change and I would not be back for them to mess something else up. This month my 83 year old aunt went to them for help with her car, they charged her $1000 in parts and $800 in labor. She had Crabtree to tow her car to them paid the wrecker fee. They charged her a wrecker fee like they towed it! On top of that she now has codes popping up on her car! I would recommend parking your car or taking it to the junk yard before ever taking one to this "auto care"

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not go to this place. They will leave you waiting all day and rip you off in a heart beat. We took our car there to get an inspection sticker. They told us there was a fog light out. We asked how much one would be and he said oh just a couple dollars or so. We went ahead and told them we wanted it. After an hour and a half of waiting they told us to come pay. $54 was what they said the total was. A sticker is only $16. We asked how much the bulb was they said $13.99. The rest was labor of putting in a bulb I could have popped on in 10 minutes. I do not like that they lied to us about how much it would be. They are not honest and they are so slow. The man just took his time like other peoples time does not matter to him. I will never go back I will never tell anyone to go there. STAY AWAY. After this happened I was telling some people I know and they have had the same issue! I do not know how they stay in business. The owner Don has a horrible reputation.

Been there when they were across the street from where they are now I had a 2002 jeep Cherokee it had a vibration I took it there to have them fix it they nickeled and dimed me said it was the the breaks I got the breaks done they did them still viberated so they said it was the roters replaced all of them still viberated they said it your axel we can replace them too for a few hundred more after all was said and done we spent over 800 and was told oh u need a new rear end I told them no u need to learn how to find a problem with a car and quit robbing ppl

I am not sure why the low rating. My guess is other people on here have lemons and they expect miracles. I have all my work done there and I have had nothing but good experiences. Many times I have asked for them to look to see if a part is ready to be replaced and they have said no. This was an opportunity for them to take advantage of advantage but they were always honest. This is a good place to take your car.

I dont understand the low rating here. Everyone seems super nice. Pricing its unbeatable. Just got a harmonic balancer and rear axel replaced on a corvette for 1/3 the price of the dealer. Appears to be good work cant beat a warranty either. Took a little longer then expected but didnt cost anymore. Cant complain about that. Id rather have good work done then quick work. Thanks guys!

Quick, efficient service. Oil change and state inspection, plus a leak seal to fix a small air leak around a tire sensor. Decent prices, good customer service. The only things that threw off a five star rating was having the next mileage due only listed as about 200 miles from todays mileage and the tire pressures not being checked/set back to equal pressure before releasing my car.

After reading other reviews I see my dissatisfaction is not an isolated case. Don is a crook. End of story. He doesnt stand behind the shops work. If you insist on going there, be prepared to pay twice for work that should have been done the first time. Wish Id have read reviews first!

Best prices in Tri Cities and I wont go to anyone else! I trust ALL my familys cars with these guys and they even go out of their way to accommodate my lunch break or giving me a ride from work! Amazing!
