Exactly like Mark Woods--AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! Paid for a four-wheel alignment just to be back at their establishment two months later with dangerously worn tires. Even with an independent dealership opinion they continued to insist it could have been other issues. Never once actually took responsibility for their mistakes and oversight nor attempted to make things right. It was a struggle the entire time and thanks to their ineptness Im left with the bill that wouldnt exist had they done their job properly the first time. Again, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here!

I have been trying to get my car fixed (07 ford focus). After trying to get a diagnostic done one Mechanic told me it was my secondary air intake pump. One told me it was the smog pump. I went this morning and they found the problem! They are going above and beyond to make sure the correct part is ordered! I am so thankful for their help!

I was travelling thru Bristol, TN on a Saturday and had a wheel bearing go bad. Got to the Quicklane on Volunteer Drive. They quickly found the problem and ordered parts. Great service and helpful, friendly personnel. Was lucky to find them!
