I was looking to upgrade from my 2006 VW Touareg and through my comparison shopping had decided on a pre-owned/certified 2011 VW Touareg TDI. My husband found that Spitzer had a pre-owned/Certified 2012 Touareg TDI. My husband called the dealership on Monday to get some information and we were going to wait until the weekend to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to the dealership, but decided to make the trip on Wednesday. I called Wednesday before I left work to tell Bill Burke, who was currently driving the Touareg, that we were coming to see it. When we got to Spitzer, Bill greeted my husband and me and showed us the 2012 Touareg, which was prepped and clean. Steven, another sales agent, went over all of the new options on the 2012 that my 2006 did not have. Bill and Steve gave me a good price on my VW trade in and a good price on the Certified 2012. Additionally, because the 2012 was a certified pre-owned I got a GREAT interest rate through VW financial. Steve stayed an hour later that the dealership closed to go over the Touareg with me and my husband to make sure we knew how to work the integrated Navigation system, phone system, SIRIUS, ect. I couldn’t be happier with my new Touareg, and Steve called to follow up with me a few days later and informed me that someone else came in to buy this Touareg the following Friday, so it’s a good thing I didn’t wait.

Throughout my car driving history, Ive owned VWs. I found the Spitzer VW dealership 3 years ago when I also discovered the CC. This dealership made the whole buying experience a happy and rewarding "event." I found the cars not only to have new delightful aspects but, the entire team to be an extension of that delight as well. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, the team was respectful and professional. I purchased used Volkswagen CC VR6 from Spitzer Volkswagen and they cover up several problems that cost me several thousand dollars more once I borough it home. The tires were cupped out, the car was out alignment, both Front Upper Strut Bearings needed to be replaced and the Front Strut Mounts was cracked. The sad part about it is that they knew that the car had some problem and didnt own it. One of the biggest reason I end up buying used car from dealer because my parent told me that if I buy from them I wont get screwed but my whole family were wrong. My family and I will never buy another car from them or do any service work to our cars. Please Dont buy used cars from them do yourself a favor and put your money some other place where they dont cover up the problem.

Horrible customer service... spent all day talking to them so I could look at and buy a NEW car. No one bothered to say it was a demo and had over 5000 miles on it. Dont forget that they wouldnt give any kind of real discount (-$500 on a $34,000 car) because of this. If it wasnt enough after my hour drive there getting talked to like a five year old made it the best. I run a good size store and make good money this was the second time I decided to try them and the second time I was treated this way by different people. Will not be going back.

Worst service department ever! They were rude, hostile, in competent, and unprofessional. I paid extra for services, and they did not do what I asked of them. They want to get the most money out of you, while doing the least amount of work. I had to go somewhere else to have my car serviced, because they failed. Worst of all, they could of cared less about my safety. I will never do business with this place ever again, and I drive all the way to the next dealer when I need too. Thats how bad they are.

I worked with Mr. Muc over a period of several months and through many test drives. Mr. Muc was very patient and helpful through the entire process. He kept in touch and guided me through the decision process. The finance department is "top notch", they are very helpful and were able to get me the lowest interest rate. The General Manager reviewed the entire process with me and made sure that I was completely satisfied prior to leaving. Wonderful service.

I went to look at a used mustang and the head gasket was blown and the tires were very worn out . Im very disappointed because we came all the way from Columbus to see the vehicle only to see that it was in very horrible condition . Dealer ships shouldnt sell dangerous cars like these . I will never shop there :(

Its a car lot, you like it or not. Do they have a variety of cars? Yes Would I personally recommend them? Nope Would someone else? Probably We had issues after buying our car that they were unwilling to be proactive about, and the after sale care was less than par, but we did buy a car there.
