I took my car to Ice cold air and I had bought all new parts for the air conditioning to be fixed. I paid him over 300.00 to put all new parts on and get my air going. He assured us everything was installed and we were good to go. We left and our air felt very nice. well two months later the air was gone. We called and we were told to bring the car back to him. We took it back for the second time and we were told the valve stem was leaking. We were charged an additional 140.00 for the valve to be replaced and to recharge the system. The air was good again for about two months then once again no air. Its seems to me like they didnt find the problem the first time an just tryed a simple fix and charged more money. At this point in time I am out over 440.00 just on him putting in new parts. I am out over 900.00 for the new parts and the labor and still have no air..I would not recommend anyone take their car to these people for air work because I got screwed over more than one time by them.They know about this issue and have done nothing to fix the poblem and that really tells me a lot about them. It tells me that they will take your money but dont care if you are a satisfied customer. Please avoid this place. They might sound cheaper than other places but so is the quality of the work and the customer service.I am now a firm believer that you get what you pay for.

Well , my wife took our minivan to a well known repair shop in Zephyrhills to have the AC checked out and was told she needed a complete AC kit , a days work and the job would be well over $1,500, I told her no and they charged her a fee for a leak check . I took it to Ice Cold Air in Zephyrhills the day after and Ken and his mate checked it out and found out that the previous repair shop didnt even put dye in the system . All it needed was a blower motor resistor which cost $32.50 and the previous shop were charging me over $100 for the same part , it needed a condenser an accumulator and a few other parts . Bottom line is the total cost at ICE COLD AIR was $859.01 and our AC is cold again without spending over $1,500, thanks Ken for your honesty and professional service . I highly recommend Ice Cold Air In Zephyrhills , they are the best we WILL be back . I highly recommend Ken @ Ice Cold Air Zephyrhills Fl.

I have nothing but great things to say about this shop and the shop manager Bill and his mechanic. I recently took my Lexus to Bill due to having issues with my A/C system. Im a bit of a DIYer but could not figure this issue out. They figured out the issue quickly and for a much lower price than the dealership. I now have ice cold A/C and they were able to address a couple of other issues as well. I think they are very reasonably priced and they were very clear and upfront about the cost and what exactly would be involved. I was not over-charged and they didnt tack on any additional junk fees. GREAT SHOP!

I took my truck here to have my A/C diagnosed as it failed 2 days prior and was basically ripped off. I paid $183 to be told a line had a hole in it, thats it, nothing else. My receipt says I paid 157.97, when i asked John at the counter what gives, he said "its before sales tax", Which obviously doesnt add up when you do the math...... Id stay away from this independently owned shady, expensive place, I left feeling robbed from! No way does it cost that much to check for a leak.

I came in to have my AC looked at a few days ago and got a quote. I was happy with the service provided, but I wanted to shop around. After I shopped around, I got back to Ice Cold Air immediately because their price was HALF of the lowest price I got. These guys are the best price in town!!! I will bring all of my automotive repairs to them ONLY!!
