I took the car for an alignment and waited over an hour and still had not been seen. I rescheduled for another day due to lack of organization. I again waited for over an hour for the rep not to do the work (I have lifetime alignment) and the rep said he could not do the work because they did a courtesy check for which he claimed should have charged $10 for..I didnt ask for a courtesy check...which I thought was free--isnt that what you call courtesy check. Anyway, he didnt want to do the work because he looked at my March 2016 invoice which claimed I needed work done...I had the work done by another shop way cheaper on April 2016. I tried to explain that to Rich who was the most unprofessional, rudest person I have ever dealt with. I ended up taking it to another store at which they stated they could see the new parts on the car and had no issues doing the alignment. I would never recommend this store while Rich is dealing with customers. He lacks the skills and professionalism needed to deal with clients.

I needed to get my car prepped for winter and made a few calls to the local tire and repair shops. Rich answered the phone and didnt try to rush me like the other car places. He walked me through some tire options and recommendations for my specific car. I decided to choose this location based on our conversation. I stopped in unexpected a week later because me car was in desperate need of the work we talked about, the store was swamped but he still got my car worked on that day. His original quote was spot on, he walked me through the inspection of the car and discussed some problems I needed work on. Since he was so helpful I had him do a couple extra repairs and now my car rides like a dream. He was even nice enough to give me a pen instead of a business card!!! Great customer service, you have a life long customer!!! If you are looking for a great place to get your car fixed or get some new tires, give Rich a ring, he will make sure you taken care of like a person.

Had an alignment appointment at 11am. Showed up at 10:50am. Stood in line (with 3 other people) till 1105 while the service advisor bs d with another customer about his collector cars. Was told the day before 30min to an hour to complete. So, I went off to the mall to have lunch and kill time. Come back now 1:30pm. Car still in the parking lot. So. Wander off again. Come back at 2:30. Still in the parking lot. So about 2:45 They finally get my car on the rack. 3:30 rolls around, they say they are having issues getting the alignment in (mind you I have replaced the entire front suspension with new factory parts) 4pm rolls along, they say the car is done, but the battery is dead. 4:30 comes and Ive had it. I called my buddy to come jump start the car, and suddenly its off the rack. Now. The drive home. Alignment still out. Pulls to the center. New clunking sounds have raised. Will be calling corporate. Will never go to this store again.

I have been going to Firestones for a couple of years for repair and maintenance work that I just didnt want to do and have just loved the honesty and willingness to help that I have seen from the various Firestone shops Ive been to. This shop, however, is above and beyond the others Ive been to. There have been many instances where most other places would have charged me for something, but they did not. For example, there have been times where they rotated my tires without making me pay since they already had a tire off. Another example was an electrical issue that I had where my ABS was throwing a warning light. They checked the ABS system and discovered the issue was a much greater electrical problem. They then diagnosed the electrical problem and didnt charge me for both diagnosis, only the first. I highly recommend them; the prices are reasonable, especially given their willingness to help the customer!

They ran a pressure test on my coolant system due to overheating and leaking coolant in my engine. They informed me that my water pump, upper coolant hose, lower coolant hose, and by pass hose were all leaking. They quoted me a repair price of $570.00. I took it to another mechanic who said all of my hoses and water pump were completely fine. I just had a slight crack in my coolant over flow tank and it was taken care of for under $60.00.

Excellent staff ! Fantastic store manager . Me and my mother go to them when there is any problems with our car. Rich and his team know how to make you feel comfortable and aware with what is wrong with your vehicle!!! Unlike other auto care around this area! They will get with you on a personal level and make sure they inform you of any other issues! Love these guys! Midway mall is your go to place !

Great customer service. Went above and beyond answering all my (many) questions about a possible new purchase of a vehicle I had them inspect. I also spoke to the mechanics who were more than happy to answer my questions as well. Not to mention you just cant beat the price of vehicle inspection including the full report, $10!! :D

It was horrible took it in for tires and alignment and sat for almost 4 hour, the guy that worked at the desk, I think his name was Rich was arguing with a customer, also people came in a little after 5 and they car wasnt done, and it had been there since noon, very bad experience
