My first experience with Blue Water CJRD has brought me back 3 times for a new car in a 2 year period. And I have even brought my younger brother here to purchase a new Chrysler 2000. Having worked in the automotive industry for 10 years Ive made parts for all the big 3 car makers. So I knew exactly what went into them. I was in the position to purchase any vehicle out of any lot. But my dollar still meant a lot to me. I was frustrated with all the other dealerships I visited, FORD, GM, Toyota, I would spend 10-15 minutes in their 30x50 show room watching the salesmen surf their face book page or on line updating the fantasy football roster before any one would even ask if I was being helped. Then to be handed a pamphlet on the vehicles I was interested in pretty much told me they knew nothing of their product ! I had viewed the Jeep Laredo at another dealership but was not happy with the incentives offered. Here at Blue Water, Kelly O. went above and beyond in helping my family chose a vehicle that fit our needs. She answered every question we had and knew her products well and I chose a different vehicle that I just love. I felt like I was talking to my dad when he had me under the hood of a car when I was a teen ager learning. I highly recommend this dealership. Their service department is just as outstanding. I came in after I noticed a simple manufacture glitch ( Happens with every auto maker ) They ordered my part and called me in to install it .. in and out in under 2 hours in the middle of the day with no appointment ! Ive purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart GT, a 2015 Ram Outdoorsman and Recently another 2016 Ram Big Horn. Three vehicles from the same dealership and the same sales person. ( Kelly O. ). The guys in the service department, so many to name. Always get the required maintenance done quick and proper. Great servicemen, I will return for a 4th vehicle soon.

Very, very poor service experience every time. We should not have bought a Chrysler product in the first place but poor service at this dealership just compounds the multiple recalls and other malfunctioning items and equipment on a vehicle that is less than 2 years old. I would drive any distance to another dealer or service shop to avoid Blue Water Chrysler. If the vehicle was not under warranty, I would not be using them. If Google would let me give them zero stars in this rating I would. However, they lucked out with the one star my review provides them with because of Google. Use Blue Water Chryslers service department at your own risk.

Will never purchase another vehicle from here again. Of all vehicles I have purchased, this is by far the worse place. First salesman messed up on amount after I brought check in. Then informs me, I will have to pay to get a 2nd key. Now 2 weeks later want me to pay for service that should be covered under the warranty. This dealership is a joke, and I will never even drive into their lot again. Would give no stars if it would have let me.

horrible, please anyone looking for a used car do not purchase one from here. i have had nothing but problems since i got it. Nine months into having the ford escape I had to have a new engine put in it among other things including throttle body, PCM, power steering pully, fuel sensor. And it broke down on me again today, not sure whats wrong with it now. Will be heading up to the dealership and really going to let them know how I feel.

By far the best dealership I have ever dealt with! Took our 2006 Ram in that we bought from another dealership for many repairs , not only was the staff very friendly they were very knowledgeable on every repair that was needed. All employees were very honest with NY husband and I from the start and if anything went wrong while our truck was still under repair we were contacted every step of the way before repairs were made!

Every time I took my vehicle in for warranty work, it came back worse than it went in for. The service department desk workers are very rude. I took my car in and they said they would give me a ride to work so they could look at it and pick me up when my shift was over. They left me stranded at work. From the management down to the front desk is nothing but a bunch of hacks.

Good luck with the salesman. Not playing by same rules as we are. Was going to buy a used car, but when I got there that one was "spoken for". Ended up buying a different car, it blew up in five weeks, go figure. Drive by dealership and "spoken for" car was still there.

I bought a new 2013 Dodge Dart here, salesman was ho hum, financing process was the typical fight for a good APR, the service department is exceptional (best part of this dealership), to bad the car wasnt great - traded it in a year later for an Impala.

Decent garage crew. Kind of crazy though how it seems they want to charge $105 just to "check" something out. Check why my door is hard to open = $105, check why my back wiper is working properly = $105, etc... yikes
