The team members are nice, curtious an knowledgeable, however, there female manager has horrible customer service skills, on multiple occasions I have had bad experiences with her. I call an usually get a person who can help me diganose my issue an get me the part. Low rating based on bad management she should be fired based on her crappy attitude, lack of personalbilty, an the way she treats people. Only reason Ill buy from here is to get the great deals online wont deal with her anymore.

Awful customer service. I have never been in the middle of talking and get cut off so the girl behind the counter can answer the phone, and then try and talk to me and the other person at the same time. She then got angry when I told her how rude that was. I guess its a corporate rule that they have to answer the phone within 3 rings? Will not be back.

Somehow they can test an alternator that is computer regulated without turning the crank. I thought alternators needed rotational energy to create electrical pressure? Have we developed perpetual energy?
