My husband asked me to bring our Porsche to get new tires. For some reason, he felt we needed to have them replaced before we go out of town this weekend. Because I had been very satisfied with my recent experience at the E. Antrim Drive, Greenville store having our truck serviced, I called and made an appointment with sales associate, Steve Parrotta, to bring our car in. After doing a courtesy check, Steve came back and said that I didnt need new tires; that we still had a lot of tread left. You hear about how some tire stores, knowing people wont know the difference, will "find" things wrong to try and ensure a sale. The fact that Steve was honest with me by providing trustworthy advice and not trying to make a sale that was unnecessary, you can be assured that I will tell this story many, many times and recommend Firestone to everyone! He saved me time, money, and ensured to have a loyal and very verbal customer for years!

Never taking my BMW to another Firestone ever again. Blew a tire and had it towed to this location, came to pick up my car after calling to seeing if it was ready, which I was told "it will be ready by the time you get here", sat in the waiting room for an hour THEN was told the tire I needed was not in stock and they put some random tire on there with no warranty and my car had not been aligned (because the techs had no idea how) and expected me to be ok with just driving it off the lot. He then proceeds to tell me that I have MULTIPLE oil leaks that needed to be fixed and that he topped off my oil tank. Naturally I went and got a second opinion only to find out I didnt have any oil leaks and my oil light was on because my tank was OVERFLOWING from the extra oil put in it at Firestone. Would have only given them one star had my service not been free.

Took my car in to have the AC diagnosed. They quoted me $40. Turns out the line was slit. I was very clear when I dropped off the car that all I wanted was the diagnoses. The lady called to tell me I could pick up my car and asked if I wanted it ready or them to fix it, the quote was $500 (to replace a piece of rubber) so I said I just wanted to pick it up. They charged me $170, $40 for the diagnosis, $40 for a new belt (which I didnt want and could get for half that at any auto store) and $90 for installation (which is a 10 min job in a parking lot with a wrench, I did it twice in replacing my alternator and fan belt) Im never going back here which is sad because the one I used to go to (back in CA) was amazing. Id try another in town if you have to go to firestone.

It took me a while to post the review here, but I felt like this place deserved it. Was greeted by very friendly/professional receptionists who were able to answer all of my questions. The technician that worked on my car, Brandon Osborne, was truly exceptional. He went far above and beyond my expectations, answered all of my questions, and was able to complete the job and to the exact specs that I requested (Im a very picky customer when it comes to my car; the fact that he could keep me this happy is outstanding). Throughout the process he remained very friendly and personable, and kept me updated as to the progress of the job. I couldnt be happier; Ill definitely be taking my car here from now on. I bought a set of 60K Bridgestone tires for my Tundra from Costco and a lifetime alignment from this Firestone. After 20K miles, the tires had significant wear. Costco blamed the alignment, but I had it aligned three diff times since buying the tires and had all the printouts where the alignments were good. Costco would do nothing for me. Kelly at Firestone told me she would prorate a new set of tires as if I had bought the first set from her. She said for me to return to her for all alignments and rotations going forward (which are included now) and she would back the tires. So a $1069 set of truck tires cost me less than $400. Firestone sure did right by me!! They have all my business going forward.

I took my vehicle up there because the blower for heat/ac was not working. They told me it was 3 things that were bad, the resistor, blower motor, and climate control in the dash. At advanced auto parts right next door has the resistor and the blower for a total of 125 bucks. Firestone wanted to charge me 270 for those 2 same parts. Well, i took a hot wire and a ground to the blower motor and it works just fine. They could not figure it out so replace everything.

I had a leak in tire Firestone said could not be fixed. Needed to buy new tire They did not have a new tire that would match my white letter tires. So after waiting 2 hrs. I left Been a Firestone customer. 25!years Went to another tire station well respected They fixed nail in tire and I was back on road in 20. Min.

I have had good and bad experiences with these guys. Sometimes they take forever to work on a car, but theyve also been there when I really needed them. I blew out a tire one time and they took me in ASAP to fix it. They also repair car windows in case anyone ever breaks into your car.
