Got there as soon as they opened to get an oil change. They told me that there were 6 tickets ahead of me...I was the only person there, two of the 6 were appointments that werent there yet! They could never give me a time, of how long it would take, just told me that I would have to leave my car because it would be a long wait!?!?? A month ago I took my wifes car in for an oil change, two days later her oil light comes on, and the car is leaking oil in the driveway! I was pissed so I took it somewhere else, and it seemed like they loosened the oil pressure sensor! It wasnt bad, but it was loose and leaking oil?!? WTF! Why do you even need to touch the oil pressure sensor? Never had so many issues with one location/company! I will never be going back to Firestone EVER! I will never reccomend this company to anyone I know, and to avoid it like the plague!

I have had this location do everything from changing oil to repairing a water pump. The staff is polite and helpful. The end result is acceptable. They gave us a bad tire and replaced it with a good one. They incorrectly diagnosed a cracked fuel line as a bad gas cap and charged us for a new cap - only to eventually have the Ford dealer properly diagnose and fix the problem. They fixed a water pump, but didnt want to fix the AC compressor. I have used them less and less because the cost is high. I can get the same work done at many other locations.

I came in for a tune up 2 years ago and they recommended I replace my 3 year old interstate battery. That battery was pro-rated and cost $80 on top of the other things done. Now, literally 2 years and 24 days later this brand new battery is dead but firestone says the warranty is only for the first battery.... that is some crooked stuff right there and theyve lost my business. While that might not mean very much to them I hope people read this and decide to go somewhere else, or maybe just YouTube how to handle their simple maintenance.

Firestone is good at simple tasks like oil change and brake repair but fairly uneducated when it comes to more complex diagnostics or systems like air-conditioning. Dont waste your $40 having them try to diagnose your AC – they will only tell you to replace it all for 1200.

Arrived at 12:45 for a 1:00 appointment to have 6 tires put on my dually. Finnaly left at 5:35. Truck was on the rack at 1:30. All people in waiting room complained. 5/17/2016.Totally unacceptable. No other work was done.

Appointments mean absolutely nothing here. I called 24 hrs in advance to make one. Its been almost an hour and my car isnt even on the rack. All I needed was one tire.
