Where do I begin...Took my BMW convertible for some repairs (convertible top not working, alternator squeal, some oil leaks). I was incredibly disappointed with the service!! Poor communication throughout the whole process. They kept my car for almost 5 days and I got very little communication about the progress. Although, they were having to work with my extended warranty company to get approvals for repairs which only delayed the process two days, I felt I had to continually call to get updates. I expressed this frustration with the owner and he just made excuses why they felt the couldnt keep me informed. I took it in for just a few things and they started adding additional repairs to my bill that they felt were necessary. I was presented with a bill that was over $6,000! They tried to convince me to pay $1500 for a part to fix my convertible top and after I did some research and concluded that they were replacing the wrong part (the correct part only cost $340) they recanted and excused themselves by stating that they were referring to an incorrect part number (I didnt think so). When I finally got my car back, parts of the dash had grease marks all over it, as well as, one of my leather seats and the cover to my air filter (which didnt need to be replaced) had scrapes on it as if it were dragged over concrete. A complete disregard for the care of my car that I have been keeping immaculately! They inflate the prices of parts (owner said they mark them up to make additional profits) I will never go back to this shop! Stay away!!

My 2008 BMW 535i was towed to the local dealership due to a running rough and stalling issue. After the $200+ diagnostic fees, the service man called and said that their was some type of computer issue and needed more diagnostic time to the tune of $189 plus the original fees. The service man at the dealer was not very convincing and made me feel uncomfortable, so I called a few shops and got the best response from the service manager John and had my car towed to European Autohaus for diagnostics. As I waited in the show room, I witnessed first hand the professionalism and excellent customer service from the complete staff down to the gentlemen cleaning the vehicles. In less than 45 minutes, Mike the mechanic had diagnosed the issue of only needing 2 ignition coils for the spark plugs. John the service manager provided me with a fair estimate and stated he had the parts in stock. My car was repaired and washed in an hour and 15 minutes or so. HONESTY and PROFESSIONALISM with great customer service- I Highly Recommend European Autohaus to any one needing their BMW repaired.

I am new to town and have high expectations when having work done on my Audi. European Autohaus is a place to trust. I love cars and want the people that work on my car to love cars too. John and his team…Dave, you know who you are….did a fantastic job at fixing a complicated fuel indicator problem. Theyve also done a timing belt replacement for me and I know that they did it right. My first visit to them was an oil change, and then I had to have my car towed in because of a fuel pump failure. They got my car in the garage and out the door in two days with no notice. Whatever price I paid, I wouldnt have second-guessed it. Theve also got a couple of talented, young future leaders of tomorrow that will gladly put a beautiful shine on your car before you drive off. If you love your car and want to find a place to trust, try them out. Michael

I have a Land Rover and I have found after going to a few different repair shops that European Autohaus is, by far, the only one I fully trust. They are very honest and treat me like a valued customer. They provide excellent service. They know what they are doing in terms of repairs and they will try to provide you with the most cost effective options. The mechanic even came out and personally spoke to me. I was very impressed with how kind they were. The staff is always extremely polite. Kwon, the gentleman who works/runs the office, was especially helpful and kind when I had a issue with my air conditioning. He followed up with me and I was very impressed by his customer service. The owner is very knowledgable, helpful and also very kind. You can tell he cares about his customers. This is the only place where I will bring my vehicle.

Have been bringing my 2001 LandRover here for last 5 years since moving back from California. Ive been extremely satisfied with all the work done, ranging from routine check ups to more serious engine repairs. This most recent visit stemmed from complications of constant overheating. They invested much time and effort to correct the problem and found that it was going to cost a bundle to return the car to a working state. They advised that it was not a good investment and that the car has pretty much "had a full and useful life". Given the costs of repairs, they could have soaked me good....they didnt. The crew/owners of EA showed me some integrity and honesty that the auto repair industry is not necessarily known for. Thanks Guys....youll be working on my next car when its required! HORRIBLE SERVICE. I had my car towed there and it took them 3 DAYS, to get back to me and let me know what was wrong with my car, even though I called them numerous times. I cant imagine how long it would have taken for them to get back to me if I didnt call. They where over priced and tried to get me to pay for a bunch of things that didnt matter at the time, I just wanted the car to run and then I was going to worry about the little things. Labor was 3x the cost of products. When I got my car back, after I told them I didnt want them to fix it I found out that they never put my car back together. They just left it half disassembled. Find somewhere else to go!!!!

Either it was the owner or manager didnt want to touch my car after going through this massive puddle to get to his shop, which I ended up having more problems after with my car. Best was he told me i didnt have a timing belt cover as his excuse. He didnt want to take liablity for the overflowing pond to get to his shop. Really guy? Maybe it was the fact you didnt like to have a service animal in your office and are belligerent to people with disabilities. Most of all I told him all about my car over the phone and he then was comoftable with it. One day the ADA will visit you pal.

European Autohaus, They dont love cars they only love what they can get the best margin out of and now they pick and choose what cars they want to work on. .I one spoke wit the manager. I told him I wanted a relationship with a Lutz business. I own 3 Porsches, and two MB along with an old Ford Pick up. All high end and well cared for. I offered him all my service and he told me no problem any car you have... All I wanted was an oil change for my 87 911. Simple service right, not for them. They want to inspect my garage queen so they can spec more work...Smells like a rip off
