Got an oil change done here. Drove off not thinking anything could be wrong having something so simple done. Ran errands and then picked my husband up from work. I told him everything I was told by the shop, and explained the guy said we had a small oil leak from the top and which is why I thought I smelt oil burning off once I left the shop. My husband told me, no thats not right, as we havent been smelling any oil burning off prior, and made me pull over immediately. We pop the hood, and there is oil EVERYWHERE. All over the motor. And the oil cap is just sitting on the motor. The motor has little to no oil in it. We call the shop. They said they would be right there. We are less than 10 minutes down the road. It has now been 45 minutes waiting on them to bring us new oil. My husband thinks the motor may be knocking now. I will post again once they show up, if they even do. Mind you, I am pregnant and sitting in my car stuck in the heat. **update. Took almost an hour for them to bring more oil. And there is now a ticking noise that was never there before. Had my dad, who has worked on cars for years, look at it. And he is thinking the lifters are messed up. Will be taking it back for them to inspect this week.

Holy crap, Ive never been scammed worse. So, I initially got a quote from them on a new power steering pump for my F350. They told me the pump was $58, and that it would cost just over $200 with labor to replace the pump. When I brought it into them to repair, they told me it would be around $600. Like an idiot, I said "OK." They replaced the pump and when my wife went in to pay the bill they said, "We replaced the pump, but were not sure if the gear box is seeping or not. If you start to notice problems, thats probably it." Well, as soon as I turned on the truck, it started pouring power steering fluid all over the ground. Needless to say, the power steering went out again less than 4 miles from their shop. If they decide to make things right, Ill change my review.. until then DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE.

Brought my car in for an oil change and asked him to check my brakes and CV joints. The brakes had squealed a few times and the CV joints were clicking when I made some tight turns. An hour later, I return, oil change done, tires rotated, and a clean bill of health on the brakes and CV Joints. The guy could have come up with a pretty big estimate on stuff to fix that didnt really need to be fixed but he took the honest approach. I will be back, for every oil change and tune up needed. Thanks Allen.
