Horrible! This place is a joke. Dont ever go here. I took my vehicle here to get 2 front tires and a alignment. I dropped off my vehicle and waited for the call to pick it up. About a little over an hour later I get the call saying my vehicle is ready. I thought this was odd as it seemed to quick for both services to be done. I later am driving down I-75 and the vehicle is pulling very hard to the right. So I called and told them the issue. They told me to bring it back and they would align it again. They never did it the first time. So I bring it back and the tech takes it for a test drive. Comes back to the shop and puts the vehicle on a rack..not the alignment rack...then I see him take it for a test drive again....when he comes back he parks the vehicle and the lady at the front desk said my vehicle was done. I told her the vehicle was never put on the alignment rack and she then said well you can drive it. Ummm...Ok....so she gets the tech and he says it was the tire that was the problem. Now remember I just had them replace both front and now one is not right? I did not believe it and then another tech comes out and says that my vehicle is not align able..What? So at this point I am done. I leave and I called another shop and asked them if the vehicle was align able or not...he stated every vehicle is!! So please people do not take your vehicle to these non educated rip off shop! Go to Tire Kingdom instead!

So I drop my truck off for a safety inspection!! After discussing what needed to be done and assured my vehicle was safe to drive until they had the parts to do the work that needed to be done. When I got in my truck and started to leave the lot I noticed my brake pedal went to the floor board as I turn the truck around the engine began to rev up to the point I had to shut it down. After explaining what happened two of the employees came out to see if they could figure out what happened only for them to realize they had no clue. The only thing they could do is offer to fix the problem in the morning. So being left with no vehicle because of theyre incompetence and no attempt or even an offer of a rental car or at the very least to compensate a cab. I was left basically stranded. Absolutely the worst service Ive ever scene in my life not to mention I extremely unsafe to the point of life threatening

Literally just got off the phone with them and after reading the reviews I was mildly skeptical but now Im convinced! I asked if they did oil changes he paused for a long time until I said hello, then I heard him say something so I repeated my question. Then I asked how much for a fully synthetic on a 13 Equinox. He replied with an answer I was not ready for. Uhhhh......somewhere around $60, maybe a little more and maybe a little less. It all depends. Dont get me wrong, I totally understand that certain cars are different and use a little more oil or a little less but come on man. Im not looking to go up there and have you work on it only to find out that you idea of a little more winds up being the same price as the damn dealership. If you are not sure then be a man and tell me. The difference of tax is one thing but he sounded so shady that Im not going there.

Great service while I was there, but Peter went above and beyond the service that one could regularly expect. After having one tire replaced and other work professionally done on my car, I didnt even make it home before another tragedy struck the car. Some idiot had dropped a large stepladder on the highway, and even though the car in front of me missed it, I hit it with the front right tire. The tire and wheel were destroyed! After mounting the doughnut spare (in the rain), I called Peter. Right then, on the phone, he arranged for me to pick up a replacement steel wheel and checked to make sure he had another tire in stock. I was able to later limp back to the shop and have the tire and wheel installed. They even rechecked the alignment for me. Im impressed.

My experience with Tires Plus was great. I had an appointment and was taken promptly. The service writer was very helpful and friendly. I had booked my appointment online and chose the tires I needed as well. Peter was wonderful to us. I had selected a bad tire for my hybrid vehicle and he upgraded me to the correct tire to ensure I would continue to have the best gas mileage I can have. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of assistance.

Pete was very helpful...he found out I had the wrong size tire and replaced it with the right one even though it was the wrong size and more expensive he installed them with no additional charge! Also told him I was in a time Crunch and needed to be out my 230 I have me out by 2:00 job Well-done Thanks Again

This is the most honest place Ive ever gone to to get work done on my Audi, I couldnt have been happier with the service, the speed of service and the cost. This place was amazing. Very pleasant young man Josh Hicks helped patch and change my tire even though they were closed and he was obviously ready to go home. It was late in the afternoon on a Sunday and I had a wife and two young children with me and him doing that really saved the day. Thanks guys!

My buddy and I came here to replace the back tires on his truck with all terrains and after they said they had them we came back and they ended up putting street tires on without his authorization stating they actually didnt have them, so basically two hours of wasted time

Had a tail shaft seal, universal joints and, flange replaced on a 2003 Crown Victoria P71 after another shop made mistakes. Very proffesional service. My vehicle was in and out within a few hours. Highly recommended!
