I have been a customer with Good Year for close to 10 years. The shop that I used in Zanesville for oil changes (for many years) employed a woman manager and I never had to worry about being sold items that I didnt need. After selling out to a larger company, I returned for an oil change and I was told that my filters and other items needed to be changed. I began my search then for a business that didnt try to sell me something with every oil change but with no results. Of course, I attributed it to the fact that I was a woman. I finally tried Heath Goodyear after I started working in the Newark area and they continue to impress me with each visit. I trust them with any recommendation and service and that is amazing in this industry. They have worked on my vehicles as well as my daughters vehicles and I never doubt them. There have been times that they couldnt find an problem because of a quirk or recommended that I take the vehicle to the dealer and didnt charge me for their time. I cant say enough about the service, expertise and interaction with Larry, Scott and the rest of the staff (names fail me). The stress of having issues with a vehicle is not one I have to worry about because I know that I have expert assistance. Thank you! Kathy Watters

I took my truck in for service little while ago and it was late just before they closed and my truck went straight inside. I went to pick it up next day and all my stuff was gone. Had some cds, couple screwdrivers, change in the console few other things.. GONE... I confronted the manager and was told someone musta broke in overnight and took the stuff. Funny no damage to my truck, no forced entry, I watched them pull my truck into garage for the night. Oh yeah they had the key. So with all that info, i guessing they dont pay enough to their employees so they take from customers. They say it happened outside but truck was inside, they also said the store wasnt broke into, but my truck was. How can my truck be broken into while its inside the garage overnight, without the garage being broke into. They didnt compensate me or even appologize, or even try to do anything to make it right. Bad business, bad management. They WILL not get my business or anyones if I CAN HELP it. They dont deserve the one star I HAD to give.

Used to be five star with me until they had one of my cars that I had them look at towed away and auctioned off !! Very long story short me and owner had an agreement that I would have my car towed home once I received my unemployment check from their business which he was fine with. When I received it I went there and it was gone ! I asked what happened to the car and they informed me it was towed ! No phone call, warning or nothing. Ive known the owner for years and I believe there was miss communication with him and the manager but still. He wont apologize neither compensate for the car. Not everyone here is a bad person, just some needs integrity. When they fix my situation and make it right, I will change this review and be satisfied. Its a shame. Customers may not always be right but I know I am ! And they do too ! Keep the business strong. Do right to Gods people and he will have others do right for you.

After having my tires alligned with them I find out 6 months down the road when I later went in again that my allignment had been done incorrectly and they wouldnt be able to serivce my car. First off they messed up the alignment , Im not sure how an educated staff could put something back incorrectly that they do every day. Also when I asked what they would compensate for, since I now have to replace two tires because their mistake caused improper wear, they offered nothing and laughed in my face. This store would be better off being considered a racketeering business than any place to take your car.

TERRIBLE! They replaced my radiator and some hoses. Had to take it back to them twice after the work was done because it kept leaking! They replaced the starter. 2 weeks later, truck wouldnt start because of the starter coil wouldnt pick up. Sent it back in, but they didnt want to listen. Same truck...they performed an alignment and when I drove it home, it pulled worse than when I dropped it off. Took it to Firestone and they specifically commented on how far off the driver side front wheel was. Not sure whats going on with this Goodyear, but Ill never go back.

I have been a customer of this business since 2001 when I moved to the area over the years our relation ship grew and I trusted Larry and his staff for my service needs. When Scott was promoted I was happy for him and his family. This is big name value added service at its finest and if you give them a chance I believe you will be as pleased as I was over the years. Unfortunately due to my work I had to move away from the area. But I miss the personal touch they always added and their willingness to accommodate my scheduling needs when they could. K2

I have used this Goodyear repair shop a number of times. The service has always been excellent. It turns out that I had the same work done at the dealer as I had done at the Heath Goodyear (on different cars) not only was the replacement part (the tpms) a higher quality at the Heath Goodyear I was charged considerable less for the same work as the dealer. I have had a number of such positive experiences at the Heath Goodyear.

Neil Barnett I have been doing business with Larry and his staff for many years. I have bought several sets of tires and had general service performed regularly. I have always had great service and followup. If a problem did arise it was addressed and resolved immediately. Thank you guys. Nothing has changed since i wrote this review. Always great job.

Heath Goodyear is the my "go to" shop for all of my car-care concerns. I am treated fairly, they stand behind their work, and in the rare case when something isnt right, they make it so. I have been a customer of theirs for years and will continue to be a customer of theirs for as long as they choose to stay in business. A+ to the Heath Goodyear team!

Took longer than expected but they fixed my minor issue at no additional cost (just diagnostic fee). Came back for a different service and they fixed my car, but missed a small problem with a plug wire. When I brought the car back they fixed it for free (I didnt even have to pay for the plug wire) and they let me use a loaner so didnt have to miss work.
