I have taking my car to this just brakes to get the rotors replaced and the brakes replaced on my 2010 Audi Q5 I brought them the parts even though the lady at the front ex-military was very kind and very nice the workers suck the mechanics suck they have no clue what theyre doing they put my directional rotors on the wrong Wheels causing a grinding sound whenever I hit the brakes Ive taken it back there multiple times for an inspection and nobody could tell me anything I just brought my car to the Audi dealership for them to tell me that the rotors are on the wrong Tire I would not take anything to these people if you see just brakes or Pep Boys drive away go to Goodyear where their mechanics are trained and I hope the front desk lady gets the hell out of there and go somewhere where she is appreciated she knows what shes doing a little bit

I came in because my brakes were working fine but making a normal noise due to wear and tear. They gave me a whole walk through demonstration of how each of my brakes was supposedly busted, badly enough that they couldnt put them back together without doing some major work. First they wanted to charge me more than $700, i finally got them down to about $350 but they warned that my brakes were all bad, that it was dangerous to drive and that the only thing i had done was changed the pads and shoes and that i would need to come back in soon to fix the rest of the problem. So i did, somewhere else. Thats when i found out i had been completely ripped off: the brakes were perfect. The charge this time: $0 They will try to intimidate you into thinking that you need serious work done. NEVER GO HERE.

This is the worst experience I had ever had getting an oil change. I wasnt told up front that my battery wasnt in stock until I had been there almost an hour. I continued to wait but when I had been there 90 minutes I was ready to leave (as far as I know, it could be another hour). I drove straight to Advanced Auto Parts to get my battery and when they opened the hood, they found that the oil cap had never been put back on. It was just sitting on the car under the hood. The battery was also never secured in place. It was just placed inside the car.

I sat on hold for ten minutes because the person who answered the phone "didnt speak very much English and would like to get his manager to speak to me". I was able to drive to your store and walk up to someone at the counter who spoke English perfectly well, just to be told you cant do tire patches. All while STILL on hold while calling your store. An answer on the phone that could have taken less than 30 seconds, would of saved me 15 minutes on hold (before I hung up because no one ever picked back up) and a drive to your store.

This place is under new management and they are doing a great job. They went above beyond to help me and even after the job went way longer than expected, I still only had to pay the quoted estimate. He took me out to my car to show me everything that was wrong with it while it was still on the lift, something a lot of places dont do, and he even gave me a ride home and dropped the car off for me since I live close by. This is not what you expect from a mechanic. Highly recommended.

Today I went in to have Sammy check out why my break lights wont come on per my girlfriend the day before asked John about it. She told me to bring it in. So when I arrived was greeted kindly. Sammy and his tech took a look and fixed in seconds. They were very helpful kind and friendly. I will most definitely bring my business back to them. You dont find service like that anywhere these days. Good job guys. And thank you.

I have used this location 3 times now. for brakes, oil changes, and shocks. I cant say enough about the staff. They were very helpful. They went out of their way to diagnose problems i was having with my car. and suggested next thing to work on fixing to get that new car feel u want when u drive. They have pointed out 2 issues on the undercarriage that needed attention. Thanks so much to the Manager Theo.

Came in to get my rotors turned because I was here on vacation and I wanted a smooth ride back home, but I wasnt aware that the drilled and slotted rotors cannot be resurfaced. They inspected everything else and I was expecting them to try to sell me new brake pads or something but they were honest, let me see the brake pads and told me they were ok and didnt need replaced. Honest service center.

I got excellent service at Just Brakes in Town n Country, FL. I brought my Sedona in with just over 100,000 miles because I was hearing a weird sound when I applied the brakes. Just Brakes looked at the car, made a few recommendations and charged me a very fair price for the work that was done. Now, my brakes are noiseless and the van stops on a dime. If I could do less then one star I would.. 3.5 to change front brakes and they did them wrong. Squealing for weeks didnt want them to touch my car again because of their incompetence. Manger was nice offered stuff I didnt need, was expected. Ended up fixing the clips myself. 228 dollars wasted for rotors and pads and 3.5 hrs of my life I will never get back

Ive never met anyone as lovely as Keke she went up and beyond to make sure that I had the best of service. She was very honest. She mad3 sure I had a way to work and home. What every one says about this place is true. Until recently I worked at this exact store. The Techs are paid Minimum wage for complicated brake work. The sales staff still use scare tactics, misdirection and outright LIES to get you to buy everything they WANT you to buy. Not what you NEED. If you need your brakes serviced, go somewhere else.

Great service and speedy. Im always on the go and am in need of any oil change on the fly. Just Brakes always gets me in, out, and on my way quickly. Ive become a regular customer for oil changes at this location and I will continue going here for as long as I am a Tampa resident.

Just ridiculous! I went there for an oil change; they took my car apart; and told me a dozen things were wrong. I was there for almost two hours! I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and my car was fine. I dont appreciate being lied to! I will NOT be going back.
