Its difficult to imagine a better mechanic. As someone who has been on both sides of the wrench, I know being a motorcycle or car mechanic is a really, really hard job which makes less profit than most people suspect, because of the high cost of parts. And I know how frustrating it is when your car doesnt work and the mechanic seems to charge way more than you think is reasonable. Its a hard job, and its a hard job to keep your clients happy because theyre frustrated by not having a car and worried about their bill. Being a mechanic can truly be a hard balancing act. Never in my life have I seen an auto mechanic do such a stupendous job as Bayside Auto Works. I wish I knew how these guys manage it, but they are 100% friendly, helpful and competent. Its astonishing how adroit they are in both mechanics and running a business that keeps everybody happy. I mean -- look at their reviews over the internet. Its insane. Ive never seen an auto shop with such stellar reviews! I certainly didnt, and I put 150% into being the best mechanic I could be! And its well deserved. Personally, if I ever move to like ... the Bronx or Staten Island, I would *still* take my car to Ami and his father. This place rocks!

I typically dont leave reviews on Google however, I am happy to have found someone i know is trustworthy. Heres my experience: Just moved to the area a couple months ago, had tires changed earlier this week and knew i would need to have my wifes brakes worked on. It wasnt going to be a cheap or quick fix after calling several places. When i Googled auto repair, spring hill, these guys showed up. Everyone seemed to like them on the reviews, i called. It was a last minute ordeal yet they made time for me- customer centric service. While waiting one of the gentlemen, who i believe might have been the owner took time to speak with a couple of his clientele who were also waiting. The interactions led me to believe they had a great working relationship and valued them as customers and people. They are fair, honest and more than worth the phone call. End of story. If you are looking for someone, GO TO THIS BUSINESS.

I am from Dayton Ohio staying in Crystal River Fl Dec to Apr. Developed a noise in the front braking. Knew no one in the area and heard an ad for Bayside Auto Works on the radio. Used the internet to find repair shops, read the reviews and settled on Bayside. From the moment I arrived there it was obvious it was the correct choice. They were professional, courteous, and extremely competent. The work was top quality and the price fair. I spent a fair amount of time in the shop and talked to many customers who told me I could not of found a better shop. Hats off to Bayside Auto Works who know how to provide outstanding service.

I have been a customer here for a few years, but my last experience will keep me away. After making an appointment, my car was not even looked at after sitting in their lot for 2 days. On the third day, I really needed my car and left without anything being done. The managers excuse was that "they had other repairs that took longer than expected." Really? I made my appointment a week in advance. I was so upset with the lack of service and disregard for the customer that I will not visit here again.

Im not much of a review guy but I have to write one for this establishment. I usually get my repairs done at another shop when I cant do it myself and have plenty of time for them to get around to it. But recently found myself in a pinch and needed it done asap. Long story short, Bayside Completely blew away the other shop and far exceeded my expectations for time and price that I had come to expect from the other shop. Ill definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend bayside.

Be very wary of these guys. I was referred to them in Feb by my own mechanic as they were supposed to have the technology to find electrical problems. After 2 app,t 3 hours of my time and $100 i was told what I already knew that I had a problem and they were not sure how to fix it. The guy on the counter is a piece of work with 2 phones going making excuses for why they are behind all the while booking in more work then they can handle turning oil changes into brake jobs etc.

I have been going to Bayside Auto Works for over three years. I take my car there every couple of months for oil changes. Greg and his guys are always able to figure out what is exactly wrong with my care and give me their advice. My AC compressor went on my VW Jetta, and Greg was able to install a new compressor and do it for hundreds less than the dealership. Bayside Auto Works is honest and reliable.

My wife and i were down from Maine visiting friends in Spring Hill. Blew a rear brake line on a Sunday and on a busy Monday these guys fit us in and got us back on the road the same day. Called with a reasonable quote and stuck to it. Supper friendly people. The manager even offered me a ride home when i dropped off the truck if i had needed it. These folk know how to do business. Went over and beyond!!! Great service. Stayed late to get me back on the road after a break down on the Suncoast Tollway. Did his BEST to help out a complete stranger, tried to save me a car rental, but no, I had to do it my way. Worked WAY past normal hours. Just drove two hours home so the problem is fixed, at a reasonable rate. HIGHLY recommend his business ethics and his work.

My wife and I brought them our car to fix and they found a major problem. They took care of it and when they heard our story about us, they knocked off a few bucks (not saying they do this all the time). The staff made the time there a pleasure and their knowledge was very impressive. We will use them exclusively as our repair and maintenance shop.

Great place!! I have take both of my cars in here and never been disappoint with price or the service. Finally a Mechanic services in the area that I can trust. They even unclog my A/C water drainage for free the other day. You can’t beat that.
