Save yourself some grief. DO NOT use this rip-off site. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Once rotated, I was told I needed new tires. Went to another site to get the tires, and was immediately told that all four of my wheel covers had been freshly cracked. Called Tuffy, was told to replace the wheel covers and give him the bill. In my effort to be fair, I asked them if they wanted to see the car. They said yes, and I took it over there. They looked at it, and told me to get an estimate. My wife went to the Chrysler dealer, the estimate was $1800.00 as the wheel cover is an integral part of the wheel- cannot be purchased separately. Went back to Tuffy, they took the estimate from my wife, saying they could get it cheaper. Now they wont make good on their admission, and want to inspect the car again (This woud be the 4th opportunity). So unless I continue to let them run me around, they will not make good on the damage they did and even then they probably will not. Oh, contacted customer service, they told me to take the car back too.

Stay away from this place. Very unprofessional and if you have any stereo equipment make sure you turn it off or remove the face plate. Their techs like to play with it and in my case break it. I had a $1000 pioneer navigation system they decided to play with and broke the screen. Management claims they are not responsible and that their techs are told not to touch anything. They are a franchise so corporate doesnt care either.

I had previously went to Tuffys and it wasnt the best experience. I decided to go there again recently and was pleasantly surprised. I had a chance to meet the owner, Bill, and he quoted me a price and when it was all said and done, the price quoted was the same... not a penny over!! (Like they do at other shops!) I would urge anyone that needs work to their vehicle to try this place and become a lifetime customer as I have.

I took my car there with a LIST of issues and Kevin was AMAZING. He went over every issue i had 1 by 1 and my car is running great 3 shops later and I finally found my permenit machanic. Thanks to everyone there that helped me.I would definitely recomend bringing your car to them.Kevin went above and beyond to help me if hes not already a manager he needs to be. I have told several friends this is the place to bring your car.

Great service. I called on Saturday at 1 pm to see if they could do a simple alignment and as i was driving there i started to overheat .They quickly diagnosed the problem and found a major Crack in the radiator. It was 6 calls to find a new radiator for a 2000 Kia Sportage. They stayed late on Saturday to compete the problem and the alignment was done to.Thank you Matt.

Tuffys is an great place to go for all your car needs. The guys are very helpful and make sure that you dont leave without all your problems being fixed. They are very inexpensive as well. I have gone to Tuffys EVERY TIME I had a problem with my car or needed an oil change. Short wait time and great help. A++++

Had been meaning to leave a review for awhile. I had tires installed here, and the manager or who I believe may be the manager Lance was fantastic. A couple days later one of the valve stems had a leaking issue and they instantly took care of it for me. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

I love the people here. They are so honest and helpful and explain everything completely and in my womans language so I understood things. I love the new owners and feel like I am visiting a friend when I go. This is the only place I will take my SUV for service, etc. Highly recommend.

Stopped by to have a nail in my tire fixed and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. They also found all my tires were under-inflated and inflated them to the right psi. Clean and efficient facility. A service facility you can trust.
