My car was a mess. We have a golden retriever and I have a black interior...lots of obvious hair. I felt pretty guilty! When I got my car back I am pleasantly surprised to say that 95% of the hair is gone. I only paid $23 too. The one lady that vacuumed was extra nice. My son and I were inside and she passed by. She had a video on her phone that she let my son watch(he didnt watch - too busy looking at cars getting my washed through windows). For $23 I couldnt be happier.

Horrible!!! I sent $25 for the "Whole 9 yards" and my cup holders werent clean, the dash was poorly donr, and it was the worst vacuum job Ive ever seen done! Plus the tire shinexpensive stuff that was put on splashed all down the side of my truck so now I have black dots everywhere. I have put some call into the manager, but somehow I highly doubt I will get a call back! This was my first time ever going here... my adviser is to not go here for any thing!!

I was not impressed! I paid over $20 for a "whole 9 yards" car wash, and found my widows streaked, back seat and floor board not vacuumed, and my dash not cleaned in large spotches. One guy fussed at me for putting my tip in the tip box, and not handing it to the guy who dried my car off directly. I called when I left, and was told to get with Brad next time I returned and he would take care of it... Too bad I wont be returning!

Took two different cars there. Both times the toll change in the driver side change holder was stolen. Complained. Was told there is a sign not to leave valuables in the car. The second car had the air vent controls ripped off because the person wiping down the inside was so rough. I dont care how many coupons you put out there, this place is not worth it.

They rolled down one of my windows before running it through the car wash. They told me they were not responsible. Literarily your employee rolled down my window and then you washed the inside of my car... Now Im having a hard time getting the moisture out. Every time Ive gone to this place they do a half ass job.

Tried calling in to ask a few questions and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. Her tone was mocking and patronizing, as if everyone should know the ins and outs of the chammies in Asheville. In 2 mins they lost my business.

Terrible customer service skills. I had been there once before for a car wash and the experience was OK at best. Today when I came back the attendant was so blatantly rude that I decided I wasnt going to spend my money there.

I went to get my Kia Soul cleaned this am and after getting home I opened the back hatch and found that they did not vacuum it or the back seats. I have called and left a message with info hoping to hear back from them

!BEWARE! I went for a simple oil change and was charged $75! On top of that, they didnt actually change my oil! I was suspicious so I took pictures of my engine oil before the "oil change"

Not very happy. Windshield was streaked. Haphazardly cleaned. Dash soaked in armourall inconsistently. No care taken. I guess you get what you pay for. I wont be back.

Happy with the service and work they did! I have a Saint Bernard who rides in my car and gets it really hairy they got it cleaned out and smelling fresh!!

Great service for a very reasonable price. The "Works" is where they clean inside and out for only around $20. Tip these guys, they do a good job
