I like this location, and this location ONLY. Ive been to other Firestones and didnt feel welcome as well as other shops. I feel very welcome and have never had a different price than my estimate. I like being able to go to the mall while they work on the vehicle. The guys there are very knowledgeable. I give the 4 stars because I dont go to them for tires. I think their tires are over prices but oil changes and other things are reasonable.

These guys are great! I had my back brakes replaced on my truck and these guy were awesome. They did the job right yes but they went the extra mile. They knew I was in a time crunch and to speed it along the guy at the front desk jumped in to help me get out of there. You dont see that very often. I got to work on time thanks to these guys

I blew a tire passing thru town and my fleet service recommended this Firestone as the closest to my location. After I changed the damaged tire for the space saver I limped it here. The customer service guy Ali was fantastic. The whole experience was a hassle as sometimes life is but he made it much more palatable. Thumbs up
