Expensive and incompetent! Cant even secure a reservoir anti-coolant cap which almost cost me an engine...only made it a few miles down the road from Jiffy Lube parking lot before my engine overheated and nearly seized.. and service engine light came on with a warning of "overheated coolant"...there was radiator fluid all over the ground...I saw it..smelled it and so did my tow truck driver..who thought I initially had a busted radiator hose..which seemed reasonable cause at the time..because I didnt make it far from Jiffy Lube....I had my car towed a few blocks to Mikes Auto repair...who gave me a call the next day and stated that someone didnt secure the reservoir cap all the way down..plain and simple....so if you have service at Jiffy Lube thinking your car is road worthy....double check their overpriced work before you leave the parking lot... Make sure your caps and oil pan lug nut is secure...you just might save your engine...PS Mikes auto verified that zero leaks in my radiator. ..Mikes Auto repair verified the cap was not secure...Jiffy Lube has that report from Mikes auto... as it stands now...a week ago..they wont "man-up"....they refuse to call Mikes Auto and speak with their teams findings...they wont pay for my tow or fluid replacement or diagnosis to see if I had engine damage......never heard back from the assistant manager who was present at the job site ..I have to track down the Manager who was not present the day my car was serviced to see if they will cover my tow and Mikes Auto bill....the manager routinely doesnt call back ...he actually hung up on me...(way to keep composure and integrity Jiffy Lube)....long story short...if you want to extend the life of your car...do not bring it to Jiffy Lube...they have the capacity through their denial and incompetence to kill your engine in merely a few miles....what makes it a dangerous place is they simply wont admit to an obvious mistake ..Run!

I was hesitant going to this location due to the reviews on this establishment. However the later hours is what suckered us in. We purchased synthetic oil which came to about $120. Of course they tried to sell us a new air filter and a new gasket for a cap. We declined both. We had our air filter changed a few months prior to this visit, so we felt it was unnecessary even though the air filter presented to us looked like it needed to be changed. It even had a crusty leaf on it for decoration. The oil change was finished quite quickly. Taking the advice of the other reviewers, I had my husband check their work for any shenanigans. We are not mechanics, but we discovered that the dirty and worn air filter they showed us was not what we found in the engine. It wasnt even the same shape and what we have still looks new! The men working here were professional. However I think Im being nice by giving them 2 stars.

Jiffy Lube needs to make sure that every shift supervisor is a certified mechanic so when a guy doesnt know how to do something the shift sup can teach him. Im not a mechanic but I know how to do all the basics for example changing out an AC air filter. I watched as the tech struggled with it for almost ten minutes before I asked him to stop. I know how to do it, theres a stupid trick to it like so many mechanical things, like the manufacturer purposefully made things complicated. But thats his job to know and neither nor the sup knew how. Jiffy Lube, fix your business model. Make sure every shift sup is a certified mechanic with numerous years experience not just a retail manager. Ill get my oil changed there and nothing else, because I dont have confidence in your mechanics. Do you need to pay them more? Ok, try cutting the CEOs salary.

While the people are nice enough, they dont understand the basics of automobiles. Took my car in for a basic oil change and the young man wasnt sure how to open the hood of my car. He almost broke the compartment that contains the air filter trying to get it out. My husband had to stop him and tell them to leave it alone. They also put on the bill that the car was vacuumed, part of their standard service, but it wasnt. My husband asked the manager to get someone over to do it. It was over $100 for the oil change due to the type of oil the car requires, so I would expect someone with a bit more knowledge to be doing it.

Fast and efficient service from (NOT) JUST AN OIL CHANGE SHOP? THEY DO REPAIRS TOO!!! I am so happy with the courteous service, I wound up taking all my vehicles there. They informed me my brakes were worn out, belts were cracked, valve cover gasket leaking AND showed me everything ALL FOR FREE with a PRINTED ESTIMATE before doing any work ! I didnt wait too long and did not feel pressured. Very knowledgable, informative and fast! I will definitely return again and would highly recommend everyone see for yourself, the NEW Jiffy Lube PLUS experience! ~999

I have been to several Jiffy Lubes including Minnesota, Tennessee etc. ( no problems) Spring Hill location worst I have been to. Do not risk your vehicle here like I did ! Came for a simple oil change turn into a nightmare. They are not receiving one stars for nothing. I would reconmand checking their work before you leave. If you do take a risk with this location. MAKE SURE THEY ACTCALLY PUT OIL IN YOUR CAR AND TOP OFF EVERYTHING OR YOU WILL BE OUT OF A ENGINE !! BEWARE !

Stupidly waited till last minute before a trip to get oil changed.. called around and got same story of places being too busy to do it. Called jiffy lube and was greeted professionally and told they had a few cars on the lot but wouldnt be a problem to get me done. Arrived, greeted with a smile and explained all services offered,20 min laer on my way, fresh oil, clean car. Aaa++++

Went to jiffy lube to get a $20 oil change, but $20 wasnt worth their time I guess, I ended up sending over $700 on things my car didnt even need, for example they said my battery was bad, cost $140 for a new one, they said my radiator fluid was bad cost me over $100 they said a whole bunch of other things knowing they could take advantage of me. DO NOT GO HERE!!

You should understand that when you get you vehicle serviced by a professional, they should recommend you take care of all the items that are supposed to be taken care of. You can say no thank you to there advice. Letting you know what your manufacturer suggests you need to maintain a good running vehicle is good service.

Im glad they have eased off on trying to sell you every part you could possibly have them replace, but to tell me the battery that I bought two years ago needs replacing doesnt bestow my confidence in the batteries you sell.

They do try to push the add-one, but you can simply say no. The first oil change I felt confident in their work. The second time not so much. They didnt fill my oil completely and didnt reset my oil life indicator.

Showed up Sunday morning at 9:40 AM and asked if I could be out by 10:00. Of course they said yes. I was skeptical however they delivered. Great service, great timing, great value. I will use them again.
