Brought a 2000 Camry for new tires and alignment. Tires were done in 1 1/2 hours and nobody called me I have to call them to find out if my car was ready, the alignment was nor performed, because he said that there were loose nuts under car, when I asked him to be specific he did not elaborate to specific, only the he can not do it. Also while changing the tires they stripped one nut and did not replace it just told me that someone put the nuts with the compressor to tight, I told him he was wrong because 3 months ago I personally replace all the wheel studs and nut on the vehicle and used the tire tool to tighten . Also he mentioned that someone had replace the inner /outer tie rod and left the nuts loose, I told him that I had done that job myself and every single nut and bolt was to spec., I told them to put the vehicle in the lift and show me the loose nuts and he refused to do that I told him I want you to proff to me what you are saying and if they did not feel like doing the job they should had told me ahead of time, there is lots of tire places around the area. I had mentioned to them that I will like to keep one of the tires that were on the vehicle for a spare, because my spare was in the trunk and it was damage. My mistake when I picked the car up I did not looked into it only when I got home 5 minutes later found out that they put 2 tires (off the rim) in the trunk of my car and never changed the spare, I then called them on the phone and they told me to "bring it that they will take care of it no problem" I did that and when I got to the place they told me they can not do it because he dont mount used tires. I explained again that I told them to leave me one of the tires on the vehicle to be used as a spare, because they were two good tires on the car at the moment.....well he told me to go some where else to have that done......WAAAOOOO....one star because I have to not because I wanted to.

The beginning of December 2015 I went to Tires Plus in Spring Hill, FL. I took my BMW in for an oil change. A few days later my husband is getting ready to go pick up family from airport and oil light and check engine light both go on (coincidence, I dont think so) he checks oil, and its EMPTY!!! after only days since oil change and now curiously car is shaking, but it was 8 PM and we had to pick up family from airport, so we put oil in the car and left to pick up family. I told my husband, we have family over and its almost Christmas. We will take it to them after Christmas. I took it in today December 27th and the guy opens the hood and with just one look says oooohh its not our fault, this motor has been washed, and you can call your lawyer if you want. My jaw dropped WTF is wrong with these people. Now Im convinced they sabotaged the car to get me to come in for more repairs, automatically assuming that because I drive a BMW I have money. I am not going to contact a lawyer, but I will tell you what I will do. I will take my business elsewhere in the future, and I will spread as much bad word of mouth advertising as humanly possible, and that my dear corporate team is how this customer will handle your sabotaging my car. If you didnt know, bad word of mouth advertising is horrible for business, and I will also report to BBB. Have a nice day!!!

Wow, i went in and asked for a quote on 4 new tires, mind you i have been to 2 other places already, i am a local and figured why not give these guys a shot at my business?, well the quote was higher then everyone else and i was told by the manager it was a great deal he was giving me, lol, wow is right, over $300.00 higher for the same tires at 2 other places so i passed. Gave them a second shot at my business 2 months later (just now) and called asking the price to *Plug* a tire, got a screw in one, nope, we dont plug tires, we put a patch on it and that my friend is $25.00 PLUS Tax, WOW again, i give up on this place, too bad too because again, i am a local and will never again step foot on their property. Review failed, business is not worthy of giving any customer a break, a deal or even close to them. Sorry, the truth does hurt and so does having to pay WAY more for everything they have to offer. No way, thanks but no thanks, on my way to a different tire shop. Come on, they dont even plug in an emergency?. and the patch is $25.00?. wow is right.

Many reasons to dislike this store over any other tire shop. My experience; called to price tires, oil change and battery. He quoted a MUCH higher price then the website listed for the same thing. Had to haggle him down. Made my appointment for two days later and had them order the tires. Decided I wanted the battery early, drove in a picked it up and confirmed my appointment. Show up for my appointment... sorry, no appointment here, and no tires. Had to buy more expensive tires or come back later. Long wait and they left oil drips all over and didnt even check the rest of the car.

Went in for a tire alignment, was met with a rude tone saying "we cant do that" I asked him to repeat, he said he cant do the alignment on my vehicle, I asked why not he said he didnt have the right specs for my car, told him it was the same chassis as a Chevrolet Colorado and he finally agreed to do it, and it would be an hour wait to even get it on the alignment rack when I was next in line and a car was already on it... alignments should take 20 minutes, staff is completely incompetent and doesnt want to work.. completely disgusted and will be making a corporate complaint.

I ordered tires online amd made an appointment for 2 days later to come and get the tires put on. While there was an issue with the tire delivery to the shop (no personal fault of the shops but rather the delivery/trucking company), both Jay and Ramon were more than accommodating and beyond friendly thoughtout the entire process! I was called and updated every step of the way and they kept to their word of making things right and Ramon was a joy to converse with! I will definately return!!! Highly recommend service here and their prices cant be beat!!

Completely dissatisfied. Embarrassing, I was told by the high and mighty Manager Mark that he was giving me a great deal. $800.00 dollars later. I asked for my tires back and he told me he used two for a customer who wanted used tires. He is a conniving, cheat. He is going to be sorry for doing what he did. I will talk to people and let them know of how he is a complete typical $12.00 an hour employee who is trying to take advantage of Good people in Hernando County. Go back are you came from. O
