If there was an option for zero stars I would choose it. I took my jeep to them because it had a power loss and a rattling sound. I was told it needed a new converter and that they would get to it when they could. I get a call a few days later that my jeep was ready to be picked up and they had repaired the converter. They did this without my permission. Never called me to tell me what was going on with my vehicle. I picked it up and everything seemed fine. A few days after I had paid for it, I got a strange feeling and looked under it. There was no converter. Instead there was a shiny new freshly welded straight pipe in its place. Taking of a catalytic converter is ILLEGAL and they lied about it! I was told that my converter was repaired and charged for it too! Called them and they said they did it as a "favor." Never taking my vehicle back to these liars again and you shouldnt either.
