I almost hate to tell anyone about what a totally great garage this is because Im afraid it will get too busy! Im local for 30 years and would not drive to town to a dealership for any reason. Brett totally knows cars and he only hires people who bring the same skill set to the table. Ive had a Scion, Miata MX5, and now a VWPassat and they are as knowledgeable about them as they are American made cars. They can get parts delivered on a days notice and have many commonly needed parts on hand. It helps them and you to have an appointment but Ive often made pit stops on the way out of town to have air in tires checked, or ask if a strange noise or light on the dashboard means an immediate need for service or if Im safe to go to Gainesville. Im not very good about remembering oil changes, air filters or noticing the tires are without tread. When I go in to have the headlight replaced or the seat fold down mechanism fixed (a very challenging repair and one which the car wash in town is only too happy to break frequently), they check on the last time I was in and ask if I want them to take care of general maintenance items which are usually overdue. I really dont even have them ask me anymore because they just know what is requiried to keep me safe and secure out on the road and they do the basic things needed to make that happen. They are very affordable and charge less and are more convenient than going to town. They are excellent diagnosticians of even the most mysterious noises and, if it aint broke, they dont fix it. They turn every job around fast - usually less than a day but if you need it quickly they can usually accommodate. To top it off, they offer courteous, professional service and function like the great service garages of yesterday - an almost totally lost breed. Their long history on the island is a tribute to their position as one of the communitys greatest assets. They dont offer gas service which is a good thing as far as Im concerned - fewer interruptions so they can focus on the car. They are conveniently located a block away from the Shell Station in downtown Holmes Beach. If I sound like an advertisement its because Im a huge fan and want to share their great services and my good fortune.

Excellent service, fast turn around and very reasonable pricing. Our air conditioner stopped working on our 2003 BMW X5 and they figured out the issue and had the car finished all within 2 hours of dropping the car off. And the did not charge us any extra to remove the free loading snake hiding under the hood.
