Definitely would not recommend this place. Went there to have one of my tires looked at for a slow leak. They told me all four tires were worn so bad that they couldnt repair the slow leak in the one...that it would be "illegal for them to do it because of the excessive wear and all four had to be replaced." After much grandstanding about the unusual size of the tire, they managed to come up with their best price of $270 per tire installed and raved about how much of a discount they were giving me on the lowest priced tire in that size available. My gut told me I needed to shop around, but it was getting late, we were planning a trip to Disney the next day. I decided to get two replaced instead of all four for the sake of time (had the family with me) and to spread the expense. Would be less than an hour I was told and they would also check my alignment for free. More than two hours and $560 later I finally had two new tires on the van. Of course they forgot to check the alignment, but if I could wait another half hour they could still do it. Didnt wait. The kicker? While getting my oil changed at Sears, they noted the wear on two of the tires and said Ill need to replace them soon, but nothing about being worn past the point of repair or use. They could also replace both for $230. In end, I left Sears Auto center with two new tires, a front end alignment, and an oil change for just a little more than half the price it cost me for two tires at Tires Plus. Oh, and they did it all in just over an hour.

I have been to this Tires Plus twice now. The first time I made an appointment and it still took almost an hour for an oil change. I decided to try them again because they had a good coupon for the synthetic oil. I made an appointment and showed up on time. I asked for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. I presented a coupon and was told that my car required a special European type oil but they would offer me $10.00 of the regular price. I agreed and they quoted me an hour which I was OK with since I was asking for tire rotation as well. At the 1.5 hour mark I finally asked what was taking so long. It was only then that they told me they didnt have enough of the oil my car needed and had to send someone out to get it. It would have been nice had they taken the initiative to let me know that without me having to ask. Finally, at the 2 hour mark, they said it was done and I checked out. As soon as I pulled out onto the road my tire pressure light came on (this was not on when I got there). I turned around and went back. It took them another 30 minutes to figure out what was wrong. So, 2.5 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. Disappointed in the lack of keeping your customer informed and yes, they gave me a slight discount but for 2.5 hours of my trouble, I feel that they should have given me a discount on a future service. Will not be returning to this Tires Plus again.

The is quite possibly the worst experience I have had with anything dealing with a car. They have now had my car for 4 days (all days they have been open for business). I needed 2 new tires and my rims fixed due to a blow out on the highway which messed up the rims. They had the car for over 2 days before they even touched it to remove the old rims for repair or even look to order new rims. But let me tell you they could make sure they called to tell me all kinds of other things that I did not request and do not want with a price of $2000+. Just get my tires fixed so I can get my car off your property and never deal with your company ever again. The price I was originally quoted has also gone up twice since day one. Who only knows how much I will be charged when my car is finally released from this hostage situation. When I told them this is why I do not like to deal with national chains I was told how much of a discount a national chain can give me and much faster service. A bunch of malarkey as my neighborhood mechanic is much faster and never tries to sell me things I do not need. He takes care of extra things at no charge just because I am a regular dedicated customer. National chains do not do things like that.

I DO NOT recommend Tires Plus at all! They either have no idea what theyre doing or theyre out to rip off everyone! Went in for oil change, tire rotation & alignment and was told I needed a new rack & pinion because it was leaking. Um, a 2006 Cobalt has an electric power steering and doesnt require power steering fluid. What exactly was leaking?? Was also told during this same visit that I needed a serpentine belt. Took it to another shop and was told that I did NOT need a rack & pinion and there was no leak and the serpentine belt is fine! TP also aligned the car even though replacing the rack & pinion (assuming their diagnosis was correct) would need aligning again after new rack but TP never advised that. Called later to confront their diagnosis and they quickly offered a refund....seems like they knew they did something wrong. TIRES PLUS EITHER HIRES THE GUY WHO JUST LEFT THE FAST FOOD JOINT FLIPPING HAMBURGERS AND DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING OR THEY JUST WANT TO SCAM EVERY PERSON WHO WALKS IN THE DOOR!! I would not let Tires Plus replace a light bulb in desk lamp much less work on my car EVER AGAIN!!! BEWARE!! GET A SECOND OPINION!!

I went there for a tire rotation and alignment and when my car was being taken down it got caught on the lift arm and my bumper was ripped off. The problem is that the middle, underneath of my bumper had previously been damaged and I had duct tape on that one spot to keep it together. Needless to say, now my bumper is hanging off the car and they wont fix it correctly because I had previous damage. I get it, Im not looking for a completely free new bumper but what I do expect is a bumper that is securely and correctly attached to my car. They bolted my bumper to my car! Bolted?! The manager assured me a bolt will last forever and will keep my bumper in place. He also told me to get an estimate on my car and give them the bill. The bolt that was supposed to last forever fell out and when I returned with the estimate they refused to pay to replace my bumper. The manager was so nonchalant about the entire thing and the reason I was there is for simple maintenance on my car. Now I have a car with a bumper hanging off that flaps in the wind. Go to a tire store that care. Dont go here!
