This place is the absolute worst so I go in to get my radiator flushed now all of a sudden I have a valve gasket leak so I go back in to get it fixed now my thermostat and gasket needs to be replaced I approve for them to do so I dropped my car off at 11:30am it was one car there as I was leaving I arrive back a 4pm my car still wasnt done so I waited it was after closing before I left 4mins down the road my car overheats now mind you I had no prior problems with overheating the weather ,conditions are bad its black ice on the road my heat isnt working and my windows were fogging up so I called the mechanic back he said he was being rush so he let my car go and he wish he had more time with it and I should bring it back or just check my coolant the next morning its probably low and Im like I just came to get it flushed three days ago you guys just refueled it and changed my oil why is that a problem I told him I had already sat there for a long time and I wouldnt have mind waiting longer as my car was fixed he was extremely rude an says whats the purpose of me venting to him it wasnt going to fix my car so either I bring it back tonight or in the am.... Oh and another note he said my air conditioner has a leak in the valve as well and I said I dont understand how because I just got all that done a few weeks ago hes like when its gets warmer outside bring it back and Ill replace that this place creates problems I had no problem with my air heat or nothing before I start letting them work on my car

If I could give negative stars I would. Dont trust these guys! They tried to get us to do almost $1000 of repairs on power steering (we did $300 worth which they said it would cost to begin with) only to tell us the undercarriage is so rusted they wouldnt let their kids ride in it. Nice of them to tell us this after the other repairs were done. The repair they did do wasnt done right, another mechanic we took it to practically laughed at their work. He got out a can of power steering and poured it in and it came pouring out of the new part they had just replaced. My other past experience is they constantly try to sell you crap you dont need, like fuel cleaner, etc. ONce they said we need some brake work, fluid flush. Took it to Midas and they said brakes were fine after an inspection. Another experience after some recommended repair (which Im doubting was necessary now) I got home and the mechanic had left a hose unconnected, had to figure out on my own where it went. Bottom line, these guys might be ok for an oil change if you need one bad, other than I would stay away...I no longer will go there. Hope this helps someone else from having the same bad experiences we did.

If I could give zero I would. My last car I took up there and they replaced the brakes. they would make a squealing noise when I stopped so I called back. They said it was because they were new and it was winter time come back in the spring summer if not fixed. Never fixed so it took until September before they would look at them. The guy at the from said they were under old management at that time and said that they had charged me for premium brakes and gave me bottom of the line ones which is why they squealed. He offered to put the correct ones on. Never told me that I would have to wait 6 hours for them to get the brakes in and let me sit up there the entire time. After the new ones got put on it was the same problem. He said he couldnt help me. I recently purchased a new car and called about an oil change and the man that answered told me that I would need a new oil pan on my brand new car and that it runs about $330. This was the first time I have ever had an oil change on this car. I took it somewhere else and they said sounds like this place was just trying to get money from you. Which I believe is true!! Never go here!

Employee broke a gear part after test driving my vehicle. He attempted to put my car in park and broke the part that allows your car to go into different gears. I was reassured that the problem would be fixed, free of charge to me, as I wasnt the person who broke it. A girl by the name of Ashley offered a temporary fixed. After three attempts of trying to get my car fixed, I was told that the part still did not come in. Long story short, was not able to put car in gear one day. I had my car towed. The guy working at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. He basically told me if it was his car, he would be up there everyday to make sure it was fixed. I attempted three times to have no car fixed with no luck. Then he went on to say he had been working there three months and never saw me once. No, Im sorry for your inconvenience, lets see what we can do. The customer service is horrible here. I ended up taking my car elsewhere, as it was evident that I would be footing the bill for a repair that caused by one of their employees. Please stay away, you will thank me later.

The service team I deal with are outstanding. Precision Tune Auto Care is the first place I have ever taken my vehicle to where they actually show you what is wrong with your vehicle. They give you options and let you decide the course of action. There is never any pressure to have a service performed. I could not ask for a better team of professionals (Ashley, John, and Chris) to help me take care of my vehicle. They are honest, polite, and have worked very hard to keep my vehicle in tip-top condition. Thank you for a job well done. I would heartily recommend Precision Tune Auto Care and their team of professionals to friends, family, or people I work with. Listen360 Constance G. 05/2012

Do NOT go here, dishonest and cheating staff. They told me not to drive one more minute with my car, otherwise it could burn down or the engine could stop working completely. Didnt accept their offer for 700 bucks and went to another work shop thats not so close but who I trust. Other workshop told me it was just a broken sensor, replacement cost $100. Car runs great now. If you dont trust me, make your own experience with them but dont complain if you get bamboozled.

The manager Chris was very nice, informative, and even took time to show me what the problem was. They were able to fix mistakes made by the Precision location on Woodruff Rd. and they did it with the best customer service way. They made no excuses for the previous error made by the other shop which I found respectful, they simply fixed the error at no cost and double checked the rest of the work. I will definitely return to the Pleasantburg Rd. location in the future.
