Poor customer service; they have a problem honoring deals that theyve made with people. Apparently none of their staff is competent enough to remember what deal they made with what person. If I could rate it zero, I would. I took my Chevy Suburban in to get an alignment; they did not do the alignment and also stated that I need extra parts and repairs to the front end so that I could bring it back and they would complete the job. I got the repairs on my front end that they said needed to be fixed before they can do the alignment then I brought my vehicle back to them and they did the alignment and once I got it back it was not correct there was too much play in the steering and when I explain that to them they said that I could bring it back a third time for no charge. There was no time frame given to bring my vehicle back so when I finally brought it back to them they said that they had to charge me which was not the deal but since I didnt get anything in writing apparently they think they can get over on folks out here so I DO NOT recommend coming to this shop since they make agreements they Do Not honor!

I dont normally write reviews but I feel like this is a special experience that needs to be shared. Recently, I took my car to D M V Auto Repair to have my Air system replaced. The system was replaced and worked for a few days until the fourth or fifth day it stopped working. I brought the car back twice after this and kept having the same problem. I have since brought the car to a better establishment to find out all the parts D M V "fixed" were either melted or broken like they were never replaced. If I were you, this is the last place Id bring your car unless you want to donate your money without your problem getting fixed. I can also guarantee if you tell them you have a repeated issue they will not reimburse you in any way for their terrible work. Im telling you, dont do it.

If you would like you car to be f###d up and they NOT fix the problem and in turn cause more problems then this is the place for you. They use parts off of used/wrecked cars and they cant guarantee those parts will work once they install them. The mechanics must have received their certifications from an online course cuz none of them can fix you a glass of water let alone your vehicle. Save yourself the headache and just go to tire choice, tuffy, or any other reputable repair shops.

Worst experience. I called and made an apointment and once I git there the lady said because I did not have an ID they could not honor my coupon and that the mechanic messed up on a truck so they didnt have time for me and didnt know when I could get in. We were discriminated against and the lady at the desk was rude. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Ken is a very friendly manager, Ive taken my Pilot, Civic and Corolla over to him. Hes taken care of my three vehicles and never had an issue. All three visits resulted with huge savings compared to what other shops around charge.

Ive brought both of my cars in to Ken for repairs. He does a great job. They are honest and guarantee their work. I would recommend, although lately theyve been getting pretty busy. I think word is getting out that theyre good!
