Took my car there for maintenance several times over the course of a year but noticed that service seemed to be declining with time. Fluids should be topped off after an oil change service, ended up with no windshield washer fluid twice. Thought it was an honest mistake, but the next time, the tire valve cap was missing after I brought the car home, and then the last time the coolant reservoir cap was missing when I got the car back. When I called to find out if they had taken it off and not put it back, i was told it was never there to begin with, already was missing. Maybe I should have been told that when I picked up the car? I again inspected under the hood to see if it had fall and gotten stuck somewhere and found it sitting further down, as if someone had placed it there while working on the car and didnt put it back. Lost faith in them after a few negative experiences. Plenty of other shops in town.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Absolutely could not be more pleased with Japanese Auto Specialists. They got my car assessed and repaired in the same day! This was the very first time that Ive ever done business with them, and they made me feel like Ive been doing business there for years! They gave me recommendations for "down the road", without making me feel like it was a necessity for today. I also loved that they called me with a price before they began working on my 4Runner - it made me feel comfortable, and I knew what to expect at checkout! This was truly a pressure free, and absolutely stress free experience, and for that I will definitely be a return customer, and recommend them to anyone that drives a Japanese vehicle! Thank you!

The absolute worst experience dealing with an automotive shop ive ever had. First they tell me my car is going to be fixed in 3 days for $1000. Then they tell me the 1000 dollars worth of work didnt fix my problem. So i spent that for nothing. Then they send my transmission to a shop to get looked at, and the dumbasses there have had it for 2 full weeks and havent even looked at it. Told them they forgot it was there. I will never again use these people. They have done nothing to make this right. Take your vehicle anywhere but here.

I had brakes serviced and drive belts replaced on my MAZDA 3. Johnie ordered the exact brand of brake pads I wanted, just with conversation on their e-mail. I made my appointment, waited on my car, and could not have been happier. I was charged fairly, and exactually as quoted. These guys are the real deal, and I have been looking for someone that I could trust with my MAZDA. I will use them in the future.

They say they specialize in Japanese cars yet they diagnose the problem incorrectly and dont look at the root of the problem. Also they didnt give me the work estimate on the quote. Very disappointed in the way they operate dont go here.
