This was by far the best experience Ive ever had with ANY automotive repair shop in my life. I showed up an hour before they closed, and the people stayed passed closing time to ensure that my car was in working order. I dont know what I would have done without them, seriously. I can assure you that if it is in their power to make you happy, theyre going to do it. Absolutely outstanding. They have complimentary drinks to pass the time while you wait, which is an added bonus. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE I know, and Ill be sure to do just that every time that my friends or family need automotive care. Give them a try.

I have been a customer of Cobb Tire for about four years now and am fully satisfied with the services they offer and perform on my vehicle. They are always open about what repairs are needed and necessary. Okay, so I normally take my Charger to the dealership however I was coming up on the maintenance required by owners manual. The dealership couldnt fit me in untill mid September by that time I would have gone over the millage and would have voided my warrenty. I dropped my car off at Cobb Tire they got my car back to me in good order everything that needed to be done was and it was cheaper and a whole lot less frustrating than the dealership. Kim and the staff hear are great and they have officially gained my business. I do recommend these guys to all who are looking for a good place.

One of the best indicators of a quality service is how they handle situations when a mistake has been made. Cobb Tire and Auto Repair showed me that they care about their work and their customers by repairing a mistake they had made on their work 11 months/10,000 mile prior. It would have cost me $650 to have the work done again. Honoring their warranty on their work earned a 5 star review and a repeat customer. I will be back in the future.

I just called to get a estimate for brakes and of course the run a round; you have to come in we need to see it. Well I dont want an exact price I just need a price point to compare so I can chose the best place for me to go to. As a single working mother I do not have time to take my car all around town, and being new in the area I would like to narrow my search before I hit the streets. But thats ok they will not get my business!

Went to Cobb Tires 4-5 times, the last two times they made huge mistakes. The first time they paid for there mistake and I thought that was amazing, the second time it happened I was not so amazed. Although they fixed their mistakes those mistakes could have cost my life or another persons if we had not caught them. Fool me once shame one you, fool me twice shame on me. I wont be back.

My truck was aligned within the estimated time and I was charged the estimated price even though through a miscommunication on my part the tires ended up being rotated for free. This is one of the few shops Ive found that does a real computer alignment with trained technicians. You may find someone cheaper, but you certainly wont find higher quality. Highly recommend

I am not satisfied with the lady on the phone. I told her that my car needs brakes and the only amswer she can give me is we have to look at it. I know my car needs brakes bc i have a message said brakes needs to be service soon so that tells you that it needs to be change. I will not bring my vehicle in dueto the customer service i received.

Took care of me, listened to my concerns sincerely, talked me through all of the details of my car before doing anything and never brushed me off as a young female college student (as other local garages had done). Had 4 new tires, drive belt, alignment, brake line flush, driver side caliper, the works! Will be returning.

It took 3 1/2 hours to perform an oil change. The work was done well, but I dont have that long to wait for something so simple, especially when I have an appointment first thing in the morning. Third time its taken over 2 hours to change oil on my truck.
