Auto Works of Brandon was amazing. I am very skeptical of mechanics. I usually feel like they are always just trying to scam me, and I hate getting my car worked on. Auto Works of Brandon gives me a little bit of hope that not all mechanics are like this. I have a 2014 mini cooper and I needed to get ALL the pieces on my air conditioning replaced (or so I thought) I originally got a quote from the mini cooper dealership in Wesley Chapel. They quoted me $3200.00. So, I called and emailed EVERY mechanic that works on Mini Coopers within from St. Pete to Orlando (at least 50 different shops). Most of the quotes back that I received were around $2300.00 dollars. I ended up narrowing it down to the cheapest, most reputable shops. I finally wound up with Auto Works of Brandon. They had great reviews, and were really friendly through any interactions I had with them. Auto Works of Brandon quoted me $2300.00 for everything. I dropped my car off, and they called me to tell me that they were probably going to be able to fix it without replacing a certain part, and saved me $1000. It took a few days to repair, but they offered me a FREE rental car. (I wasn’t planning on going anywhere, so I declined) I went and got my car today. I have super cold air, and instead of spending $3200.00, I only spent $1300.00. Any other mechanic could have easily made me spend the $2300.00 and not taken the time to try and save me money. I honestly believe if I had gone ANYWHERE else, I would have ended up spending $2300.00. I don’t think anywhere else would have actually tried to help me. I will be taking ALL my cars here from now on. I love this place.

I had been using my old mechanic for over 5 years and he treated me really well and was very honest, so I thought. I wanted to get a second opinion on a job that would cost me over $800 so I took my car to Auto Works of Brandon. Being that I am a very busy person I could not be without a car for a whole day. This is where my experience at Auto Works became amazing. Not only did they set up a rental car for me but I got a corporate rate. When I got the call that my car was ready I was expecting to spend over $1000. My total bill came to just under $300 including the rental car. The problem with my car was not what I was originally told by the old mechanic. Mechanics are hard people to trust, especially when you dont know anything about cars, but I trust Mike and the entire team at Auto Works of Brandon. Thank you so much for breaking the barrier of honest, ethical and easy to work with mechanics. You have a customer for life!!

Mike, John, Patrick, the entire gang at Autoworks of treat me right. When something absolutely needs repair, they tell me and a fair price. Unnecessary or minor, they tell me that too, even going so far one time to tell me "it just needed an idle adjustment" for BMW. When I requested an invoice, Mike told me: "we dont charge to turn a screw half a centimeter. See ya next time." Ive always distrusted mechanics; I know enough about cars to be dangerous, and have been taken advantage of repeatedly. Autoworks of Brandon does not do business this way. They tell me the truth and they treat me respect. Driving for 35 years and have never fully trusted a shop before. I think the highest compliment I can pay this team is that I trust them. Highly recommend; they provide actual customer service, go the extra mile, and thats why I will continue to be a repeat customer.

I have never been treated as nicely at any repair shop as I was here. I brought in my car because my AC was not working, I had already taken it to 2 other repair shops who could not even tell me what was wrong with it! At first I only needed a diagnostic, not only did they find out the issue in under 20 minutes, they actually gave me options as far as the repair and the pricing. I was not pressured into buying anything, and I really appreciated their honesty so I agreed to the full repair. It was a lengthy repair process and Jon even offered to have someone drive me home, however I declined. The waiting room was actually just as comfortable as my living room (they even have a back massage chair!) They have definitely made a life long customer out of me. Not only is my AC ice cold, but it didnt cost my life savings! Thank you again! :)

I used to be my own mechanic, fixing what I could, oil changes, break jobs, etc.., but as things changed in my life, I needed help. I have known Mike for many years, so I didnt have to look far. After experiencing the quality of workmanship and service I received at AUTO WORKS of BRANDON, I fired myself and hired them full time. The staff is great, and they work hard to get my vehicles in and out in a timely manner. Mikes shop not only takes care of my personal vehicles, but now, also takes care of my service trucks. The safety of my Family and Service Technicians is the greatest benefit I receive from their service. Second, is better running vehicles. Great service, Great Guys!!! 4 months of driving around with out a headlight, 4 times of the same headlight being serviced, 3 different shops and finally being told that it couldnt be fixed and I needed to go back to the dealer.... A friend recommened Auto works of Brandon and I am glad she did! I was very pleased, they actually took the time to find out what they problem was and how to prevent it. They also took the time to explain why my bulb kept blowing out. I am happy to say that my headlight is working just fine without me having to go to the dealer. Auto works will no longer be my last resort they will be my first. Again great group of guys, very helpful, and overall great service. Thanks guys, youre awesome! ~Keli~

We have been taking ours cars to Auto Works for a few years now and we would not take them anywhere else. Always very professional and they stand by their work. John, Mike and all the technicians are very knowledgeable of their craft and do awesome work. A plus that proves they are confident that they do good work is their in house warranty of 36,000 mile and / or 36 months on all work completed by Auto Works of Brandon. We just had extended warranty work completed on one of our vehicles and john handles all the calls and paperwork with the warranty company, a life saver. Among the quality of the repairs, the customer service is something that this shop does not fail to exceed in. The owner of the shop himself stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process informing me on every step that had to be taken to assure that I understood everything. He also would make sure to confirm with me before taking any extra steps or steps that I was not aware of needing to happen. I took in a 2015 Range Rover Evoque for repair and it came out like brand new! I highly recommend for anyone with a European car, old or new to go to this shop. I highly value good customer service and I did not go unsatisfied with the crews delivery on that!
