Took my van in yesterday for a power steering leak. My husband replaced the pump about 6 mos ago, but not the hose. I also know my transmission is aging and needs some attention. Roberto let me know it was most likely the hose even though he saw leaked fluid on the pressure switch (a more expensive part). He told me he would do the hose first and degrease where fluid had leaked to make sure thats all it needed. He also checked my tranny fluid (at my request) and let me know that its at the questionable stage... if I have it flushed it could actually *cause* problems rather than make it better. He recommended a product, referred me to a transmission shop he says he trusts, and let me know (thankfully) it was only the hose. He had my van back to my by COB for the amount he quoted in the first place. Oh, and when I dropped it off, he was even willing to run me back to my house. Ill be back next time one of our cars needs work.

Stopped for repairs while traveling, saw good rating on Google and decided to try Roberts autoshop. Couldnt be happier, Roberto is really nice and had a great rapport with all the customers that were there when we were. The work was thorough and the price was great. He also did an inspection and discovered and fixed a safety issue for cost of part only (no labor charge for the extra issue), it was a bad wheel bearing. When he mentioned it I immediately realized i had been hearing it. So gratefull he found and fixed it before we had it fail. Wish he was local for us, I would definitely go back for more work.

Roberto is the perfect example of what customer service should be. I brought my car to Roberto after a bad trip to another shop in Brandon. Roberto was honest and to the point of what needed to be done with my vehicle. With my growing family, I needed to keep my high mileage vehicle on the road. He fixed my car in a very timely manner to have me back on the road and to work. My car is running better than the day I bought it. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who likes to be treated fairly and respectfully. I now take both my vehicles to Roberto when anything is wrong and I know I will be taken care of.

When honesty is important to you, this is the place to go. I have been lied to by so many auto shops and i started to believe that they must all be crooks. A friend at work recommended Roberts to me. I took my high mileage Camry to him last week and he could have taken me for hundreds of dollars on a minor issue. Instead, he was honest and the service was great. I will never take my car anywhere else and have spread his name all over town. Hard to find honest, local business owners that do things right. But I found one in Roberts Auto Shop!

Was very prompt, my car nearly broke down and barely made it there. Giving us fair prices and a very quick repair, I was very satisfied. Another thing I really liked was the fact he showed us the old parts that he replaced and was very thorough on the diagnostic. When it comes to prices, compared to a dealership or a mass repair shop the prices were very fair and Robert was very kind and friendly. If youre ever in the Tampa/Valrico area and are having a problem car wise, pay Roberts Auto Shop a visit.

Roberts Auto Repair is great! I recently had a problem with my radiator. They took care of the problem quickly, efficiently, and the cost was in line with the repairs. 3 days later, I took my truck back for new tires and some suspension work. Truck drives like brand new again. He even called me to follow up to ask me how I like the suspension!!!! Top notch honest guy. I really appreciated him taking care of me. Roberto has earned my respect and my business!

My experience of interaction with Roberts Auto Shop and Tires was quick, concise, honest and collected. I met the owner on a walk-in basis, quickly discussed with him that I was looking for new tires on my Scion tC. Ive got 16 rims, so decent tires are a bit difficult to come by. After a quick call, I was quoted and asked if I wanted it done that day, or the day next. I walked away a smiling, happy customer. I will return to Roberts!

Came in with a squea in my front end.. Robert described to me I needed new brakes and rotors and also found that I was missing a spacer in my CV Axles due to another mechanic not being thorough. They got me in and out for breaks and my rotors in under 2 hours. This included Robert riding with me in my truck several times to make sure the job was done correctly. Excellent service and honesty. Highly recommended.

This is without a doubt the best place to have your automobile serviced. Roberto provided exceptional customer service along with top-notch repairs. The service he did on my vehicle was by far the most comprehensive and cheapest it has seen in its 116k miles. This is the best place to take your car or truck in the Brandon/Valrico area. I will go back to him for all my auto needs.

I always appreciate businesses that do business ethically, and certainly this shop is that way. I had a nice experience for a repairy of battery terminals. They didnt tell me anything more than what the was problem, fixed it quickly and neatly, did a good general inspection as I requested!! I will rely on these guys for future needs if any.

My car was overheating so much that I couldnt take it to my "regular" mechanic that was 10 miles away. I brought it into Roberts because they were recommended by a friend and just up the street.. The service was quicker than expected and at a lower price! Ive now found a new mechanic! Thank you!

Great experience. Replaced 3 tires and had new rear shocks. Prices very competitive and quality of service is excellent. Great personal service which is hard to find these days. Will stop taking my Caddie to the dealership, much easier less expensive and pleasant experience right here close to home.
