Ive been using Firestone for years to take care of my car. Had no major complaints in other locations but this place shocked me. Called ahead to take care of my flat tire. The rep said he has a space for me. So I dropped the tire around 11am and left. There was no need to wait for it. The rep said they would call me whenever its done. I found (as I thought) the hole where the tire could be fixed - they marked it. So when I came back after 5 hours I found the tire in the same location and in the same position - Nobody ever touched it. The rep said - youre next and theyll take care of it now. So I waited for another half an hour came inside and noticed one of the mechanics just hit my tire with his fist and RIGHT AFTER THAT the rep said - that tire couldnt be fixed and I need to buy another one :))). That was the most ridiculous maintenance Ive ever seen. So I just picked up my wheel and went to McGee where the owner told me that shouldnt be a problem but then found a hole in completely different place - unfixable though :(( Likely there is enough autocares around to take your business to. Set up an appointment for 7am. The front desk clerk checks in other people without appointments instead of asking who had appointments first. Came in for an oil change and alignment which i paid for lifetime warranty. None the less my vehicle did not get worked on until after 8am. My alignment was not done. My car is still veering to the left. When a call qas placed to complain the associate blamed my tires. Another associate tried to upsell me on new tires, a rear light, brake work and my check engine light. I advised that associate that i brought my car in for the check engine light months ago with a free coupon and was advised my car was too old and now since i had to pay for it they can now do it. Total nonsense. They finished an oil change and "no alignment" in 2 hrs and 45 mins. So basically an oil change took 2 hrs and 45 mins. They did not honor the lifetime warranty for the alignment because no work was done. So in conclusion of this long rate and review i will NEVER use that firestone again. Waste of time and money. Thanks for nothing.

I love going to this Firestone. I am more than satisfied with their customer service, I will highly recommend them. Crismary is the best employee in their she is so sweet and very understanding person she makes sure the you are a satisfies customer before you leave the store. Her customers are her priority and thats is what customer service is about she do a excellent job all her staff is very nice and caring just like her. Jose is a amazing employee as well very nice and I am very satisfied with his work. When I go to this Firestone I feel welcome, appreciated, I really love the fact that they value my business and their services is so amazing to the point where is unbelievable do to the type of world we are currently living in. People no longer care about making sure the customers are satisfies but I can honestly say this Firestone do care and the manager crismary is the best manager in there.... Love this place I will not go to another Firestone and is a little drive for me to get there but well worthy

This business is not trustworthy. I went to Firestone Tire to have my tires rotated late on a Saturday. They were too busy to do the work. I was traveling through the area on business and had a tight schedule. I told the woman at the counter this and she made an appointment for 11am the next day. I showed up 11:00 sharp. They were busy. I said, "Looks like youre busy--how long is this going to take?" I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. "To rotate tires?" "Well, we have to check the balance." I again said I was on a tight schedule. I was told since I made an appointment, I had priority, and would be next in line. I said, "Okay, Ill give it 10 minutes." I waited, and watched them finish up work on the vehicle they were working on when I got there. They proceeded to start work on another vehicle, which wasnt mine. I was lied to. I asked for my keys back and left. I wouldnt give these people my business. If they lie about one thing, you can bet they will lie about something else.

Definite no go. They reap you off good. Here is the story. My ac compressor clutch has a large air gap due to long time friction(high mileage), so that the ac gives intermittent cold air because the clutch can not be always sucked by the magnet of the compressor. The ac technician noticed the problem and he used a steel bar to push the clutch to engage. This is an easy and accurate diagnose, he definitely know that this is a small job. But they advised me to replace the whole compressor and quote $1700 dollars to finish the work. Note that my compressor is just OK. Today I get the problem fixed by removing a washer from the bolt of the ac clutch and I get always ice cold AC. I paid $50 for the auto repair, the work finished in only 15 minutes. Now you see, how they suck your blood! Shame on them.

I had an appointment for 2pm for 4 new tires. I dropped the vehicle off at 11am. I came back at 5pm and they just put my truck on the lift. Why was my truck just getting started 3 hours after my appointment? Whats the point of making an appointment if they cant start it until 3 HOURS AFTER? I understand working on vehicles that things happen that would cause a mechanic to havw to spend more time on another vehicle. I watched the mechanic aimlessly walking around the shop and even take a phone call while hes supposed to be working on my vehicle even after I told them I had to leave soon or else I would be late picking up my kids from after school care. My truck was finished 4 and a half hours after my appointment. I will not be returning.

Avoid Firestone! I bought two new tires and in 4 days one blew out for no reason. I took it back in and they told me I hit something when I know I did not. I never got the car to 35mph when I heard a loud "boom" and had to pull over. They replaced the tire and told me I had to pay $40 and when I complained to the manager they took the charge off. The mext day I drove to work and the new replacement tire that blew out the day before was already flat. Took it back in and the rim was cracked on the inside. Said they did not see it when they put on the tire and I would have to pay to replace the rim. Avoid this place at any cost. They take all they can from you. 6+ hours waiting and $200 later I still have a cracked rim.

Wish there was a negative star. I took my car to them because my Infiniti I30 would get stuck in 4th gear. They took out some part completely unrelated to this problem told me that it needed to be replaced and it would cost $300 i told them to put the part back in and of course my car would barely run got home and was going to go to work and car wouldnt start. had to get it towed to another mechanic. apparently whatever they did fried my alternator and ended up costing me $600 the original problem i went in for eventually was fixed by another mechanic and only cost me $200. do not trust them they will sabotage your car and you will end up paying for repairs you dont need. i wouldnt even get my oil changed there
