Always shows courtesy and pride in their work with me owning a business they always try to get me in and out as fast as they can. The owner Todd always explains whats the service will involve and always makes a courtesy call to you to let you know what needs to be done before anything is done to your vehicle no parts will be added unless they are needed. Great place to have service and repair done on your vehicle.I will give a extra Star for fixing my diesel dumptruck 7.3 IDI that other places could not figure out .The service techs are very experienced in both gas and diesel and they fixed my truck in a very timely manner and have fixed many of mine

My wife and I have been going to CARZ since they opened shop. The personnel are genuinely good folks who truly care about people. They perform top-notch work at prices that are more than reasonable and they consistently go above and beyond to help people. Trustworthy, dependable, and genuine. It is usually packed because they are great, but it is worth the wait if you care about the results. CARZ makes it easier to support local businesses than any other business that I have ever encountered. Ive been there probably 10 times for major service, many times for minor services, and have always been impressed, never disappointed.

Dont be in a hurry if you use these guys. I gave them my keys on a Monday and didnt get my vehicle back until Thursday. At no point did anyone call me in the four day to let me know when they would be done. I had to call to get any information and when I was told they would call me they didnt. I assume the work they did was good but thats what I assume anywhere i go. Customer service drives a business and unfortunately this business is lacking in that department.

Todd and his crew do an outstanding job. I have taken several Subarus to his shop for 7 years. Todd is extremely honest and will only do work that is absolutely necessary at a very fair price. His shop is expanded a lot even during the recession because of the demand for his outstanding services. Thank you Todd for being there when we need you.
