Why did I hate this place? Ok, so I had a blowout in Mills river, and needed to be towed to a tire shop. Walmart was the only place open at the time that sold tires. Big mistake! We got it installed, and also our battery was bad too. We had to keep Jumpstarting it, but the guy took advantage of our situation and tried to sell us a battery! We didnt have money for it, and our jump box was dead, so we tried starting it. Nothing at all! They closed and left us stranded at Walmart and I discovered they tightened the battery terminal down so hard, it wouldnt do anything at all! It wouldnt even jump from some guys truck. So I grabbed a set of pliers and just out of curiosity, loosened the terminal. Voila, it started right up! So the guy that put the tire on our car tightened the battery terminal so hard, it wouldnt start so he could sell us a battery! And we didnt even ask him to do anything with the battery. I guess I should have left my car on the side of the road and walked home from there. That would have been less of a hassle than taking it to Walmart. Its worth the longer drive to Asheville to go to firestone.

Went to get oil and filter and was needed tires rotated as well. They told me all four tires needed to be replaced and refused to fill the air with them but did my oil and filter. I went to jiffy lube in Hendersonville to get my tires rotated. Got out in a jiffy with no problems. I wont be coming back to this place anymore.

Walmart Tire and Lube is the place to take your vehicle. They are very friendly and informative. You choose the options you want. They recommend and you make the decision. They arent pushy. Very reasonable prices. I always have my oil changed at the Hendersonville NC Walmart. Thanks guys.

This is this 1st & last time I will be using Wal-Marts auto center. Guy was very rude & condescending. When I went to complain they said he was the manager so I guess he can speak to anyone whatever way he likes too. Very disappointed I expected more from walmart.

Simple oil change took over an hour and I was told my tire rotation would take another hour and a half. It wasnt that busy but it appears they only had one tech even working.

This is one of the best run and looking Tire centers at a Walmart that Ive seen. Three of the associates here went above and beyond to do the right thing.
