I had an emergency repair and was directed to North Port Pennzoil because "Jed does more than change oil". Jed quickly assessed the problem, ordered the parts, and had me back on the road in about an hour. I was highly impressed with his crews workmanship skill and customer service attitude. Being from out of town, I could easily have been taken advantage of, but there was never any question that I would receive excellent service at a fair price. A follow up call from them the next day just to see if I made it home to Lansing without a problem confirms their care and concern for their customers. I highly recommend using North Port Pennzoil for any automotive need. Thanks again, Jed.

Jed and his crew are awesome. Ive been going to North Port Penzoil for years. They are honest and reliable. I can call Jed if I have any issues with my car and if he cant help me he always points me in the right direction. Not only do I have my oil changed here, theyve also replaced my tires, and have given my car a tuneup. Its good to know there are still honest nice people in the world.
