Seriously stupid reviews under me, no one should expect a mechanic trip to be a quickie. Both the managers, the one before the new one and the new one now have been the most friendliest people we have met. Always welcoming and know us by faces. We show up for an oil change and tell them were waiting around walk over to Sams Club to shop and they call us when they are done. Talk about convenience. Our oil change and tire rotations never take longer than an hour. We always get discounts when they have them available. We were just in in November to get some work done, came in in February to get some more work done. Regular maintenance and found out some other stuff is wrong with our car. A $600 job. The manager who knows us was not in but fortunately for us he happen to come in on his day off real quick and saw my husband again and stopped to talk to him. Gave us a 10% discount and told us if we apply for the credit card we will save $60 more dollars. So he ended up saving us a little over $100. I am very pleased with their service and will continue using this shop forever, or at least until they get a manager we dont like. Lol

Took in my 2008 Toyota Prius in for a standard oil change, Ive taken it to several other shops and have done it myself but decided to try Tires Plus for convenience. The employee serving me proceeded to argue with me that my Prius needed full synthetic oil, rather than just standard oil. I then stated that I had a coupon (digital, that I displayed on my tablet), they couldnt take it due to the fact that they had to print the coupon onto the work order. I understand that they are a franchise and each branch needs to state back to their higher-ups that they have used X amount of coupons, but its 2014; being able to accept a coupon digitally and annotate that a specific type of coupon was used should be normal. At least two other shops I have been to never had a problem with me just showing them a coupon digitally. It turned out to be 15 dollars more than I usually pay, as well. Will not be returning to this shop.

Nate and Stephen fixed my car, same day, when I was travelling across the state for a family weekend at Universal Studios. I stopped at a Publix in Lakeland and when I came out of the store, my car wouldnt start. I had to have it towed to the nearest location, which happened to be Tires Plus thankfully! I have frequented my local Tires Plus in Naples FL for routine services, but never in Lakeland. Nate and Stephen were efficient and effective in diagnosing the problem, explaining it to me, and fixing the problem all while providing great customer service and reducing stress. They got me back on the road within a couple of hours, and I was able to still make it to Universal Studios that same day! I would recommend these guys to anyone in the Lakeland area looking for reliable, honest car service. Thanks again guys!

Nate and Jeff are awesome! After an emotional couple of days I had had I was on my way home from Orlando headed to Clearwater, I blew a tire late on a Friday night on I-4 .... After someone graciously changed my tire for me I called Tires Plus to see if they could look at my tire so I could get home. It was just before closing time and Jeff said he would wait for me to get there even though I was a bit away! I finally arrived and he had waited after closing time like he said he would!! Jeff and Nate took care of my tire and I made it home safely!! They are top notch guys over there

Steve, Rob and Nate were awesome to work with and really took good care of us. We went in to get new tires and alignment. They had tires we wanted and didnt try sell us stuff we didnt need. There prices were better than all other quotes from their competitors and offered us a lot more for our money. They even helped us get financed and was back on road with no money down. I will definately be going back to get tires on my other vehicles. Great customer service, professional and took time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this store.

I have been using Tires Plus forever! I love the Lakeland store because of Derek he is the most honest and reliable store manager I have ever encountered. The prices are competitive and Derek always makes me feel as if I am the only customer when I come into his store. Thanks so much Tires Plus you are great, your place and staff are very friendly. I need new tires and I know I will go to Dereks store again even if I have another Tires Plus closer to my home! The Lakeland Tires Plus ROCKS because you have the best Manager and staff!

Went in to get tires and ended up getting a whole bunch of work done, which was good for my truck. They told me it would be ready by a certain time and it wasnt ready. At first I was gone give a bad review but the men at the store made my day better with my wait being that it was going to be longer. They rented me a rental car for the day while they finished my car, so I could run my errands. Customer service was good and would recommend them to others being they have lifetime warranty on their parts. Thanks guys

Was told it would just be a few minutes for a simple ac check. An hour later Im told itll be fifteen more minutes before my car is even looked at because thier mechanic went to lunch. Twenty five minutes later he pulls my car in. I decided to wait for the car because I was told it would only be a few minutes. An hour and a half later Im still sitting here looking like a complete idiot waiting for my car. Ill post again when I actually get out of here.

Before this business changed management, it was always a challenge to go and have the oil changed in our cars because dealing with the management team was a struggle. Since the new manager took over, we havent had any issues. He is extremely pleasant and the staff does a fast, great job. Now we dont have to drive all the way to the south-side Tires Plus for a proper oil change!

These guys are crooks. I went here to have a tire flat fixed and guy put vehicle on rack for an hour and refused to repair tire because part of tire was slightly worn under legal limit like 3in area on outer edge.. Guy tried to sell me $1000 tires and told me this after i refused to buy them. Stay away. I went across street to other shop , machanic repaired tire no problem.

They fixed an A/C evaporator issue and replaced the struts on my large SUV. Staff there were very friendly to me and everyone else I saw being helped. I did have one small issue after they fixed my car, but when I brought to their attention they fixed it, no problem. My SUV is working great, and am willing to go back to this location for future work for sure.
