I brought my vehicle in to be diagnosed and for repair under a warranty contract through a third party company. Every one at Ace Auto was wonderful in helping keep me up to date, explaining to me what was mechanically wrong and exactly what my portion of the bill would be. They knew I was concerned about cost and gave me honest advice and very fair pricing. During the course of the original repair they found a significant problem that could have left me stranded one day- they advised me and the warranty company that it was there and fixed it as promptly as working with a warranty company allows. They made sure that I was satisfied and that all was working properly before I picked up my vehicle. I keep a clean vehicle and it was returned to me exactly as they received it. I met every one from Junior the service writer, on up to the owner, and every one was friendly and helpful. This is a company that cares about people and the quality of their work and customer service. It is hard to find honesty and integrity these days -but the people at Ace Auto have it in spades. Thank you all so much. You have made a lifelong customer.

I will never go back I brought my Toyota Camry to fixed my AC, Paid $ 1,174.88, 3 days later AC stop work blowing a hot air, brought back again, they told me find leak need $ 285.00 I have no problems to paid them to get fixed when I told them I work full time no time to go back and forward to the shop they should check at the first time get everything fixed at the first time they got angry yell me and my 70 years old husband, told us we just want get everything for nothing they (James and other fat guy which he said he is the owner )push us out the door, I was upset I took my car without fixed went straigh to Toyota dealership got a warm welcome and very patience to explain what we have to do, They offer 5 stars customer service-compliment coffee bar, snack bar with fruits,free ride to the shopping mall and compliment nail manicure. My suggestion is go to the place you are trust and replaced them with original part not a cheap part , I rather pay more and get fixed at first time. I will never go back to ACE and will not recommend to any one.

Ace Auto Air is very busy shop theyre very honest very personable if youre reasonable person youll become a friend were you can talk to them about your car the problem that youre having they are going to fix it properly theyre fair in their pricing this is actually a place that where you can take your car you can leave it there and not going to sell you anything that they shouldnt be telling you youre going to bring things to your attention If you want to fix it its fine if you dont its okay also,theyre going to make you aware of any problems that youre having they dont only fix airve conditioning they fix everything youre up-to-date on the latest diagnostic procedures the reason I know about this is Ive read a lot about it . Ive been going there now for almost 18 years. Be smart get to know the owner youll become friends when you can have a place that you can take your car and feel good about it

My A/C went out and I brought it to ACE, assuming they specialized. They told me $100 to diagnose. I had a blown fuse and a bad connector on the low pressure switch. It took them a few minutes to "diagnose." Then I was told it would be ANOTHER $140 to fix, plus tax. $261 to fix a plug that I KNOW took them minutes to diagnose and fix. They made us wait 2.5 hours (outside in the heat as they were mopping the waiting room with stinking cleaner) to make it appear worth our money. There are 2 kinds of services - the kind you go to ONCE and the kind that you trust and return to over and over.... Im still looking. We were overcharged for a simple repair that involved a minor part.

I have never felt so comfortable at a car repair shop. At no point did I feel like I was being sold a bunch of things that were unnecessary. James asked me a few questions about how I maintained my Lincoln Town Car, and gave me what he called a “maintenance program” tailored to me that would get me caught up on the few things I needed as I feel comfortable doing them. My mechanic referred me to Ace when he could not quite figure out the problem, he promised me that they would treat me right…and they did. I will be back to Ace Auto for everything James talked to me about, and also for all of my future car repairs. I highly recommend Ace Auto!

Our A/C stopped working while on vacation and we were a day away from leaving on a 16 hour drive back to Ohio. I called to try and get a last minute appointment... 100 degrees outside with 2 kids... we needed the car to have air conditioning! They squeezed me in! They were understanding of my situation and explained every detail of the work that was needed. They diagnosed and found the issue immediately. The fix required welding and my car was fixed, ready to go the next morning for our long ride home. Thanks to the team for finding room for my last minute emergency. We made it home comfortably!

Beware, they lie and try to upsell you. I brought in a car because my right rear brakes were jammed, they were constantly on a bit causing a noise. At the time, I didnt know much about brakes, and they told me that its best to replace the whole caliper, which I reluctantly did. Having fixed brakes myself since that time, I know that the caliper was not the issue. Its just a matter of taking the piston out of the caliper and cleaning it well to prevent it from jamming, then putting it back in. I wish I knew then.

I usually dont take the time to do reviews, but I must say that this is a rare exception. I believe I have found what I have been looking for since I started to drive...an honest mechanic/repair shop. I was referred to Ace by my father in law who bought an AC part from their parts department. I have taken my car there ever since. James is awesome and the mechanics are equally as impressive. There is no pressure to upsell, which is refreshing! If you want the job done right with peace of mind go to Ace Auto.

We had an awesome experience with Ace....another shop was looking at the a/c on our 1980 Mercedes, and could not figure it out. They drove it to Ace, where they were kind enough to squeeze us in and gave me a written estimate of what it would take to get air in this car. I paid 2 hours diagnosing time, less than $200. When I called to speak with them I was treated very well by Jr...he helped me understand what the car needs. We know that it will be a big job, and are saving to get it done with Ace.

I just dropped off a van with A/c problems, I was impressed with the place, they seem to have good communication with the office and the mechanics. I returned to drop off the van that needed work and the mechanic met me in the parking lot, he had already been told some info and asked me more questions. Then drove the next customers vehicle in for their work, i checked the van in at the office and left happy. I will update with another review when they complete the work.
