Ive been taking my cars, my wifes cars, my sons cars, and my daughter in-laws cars here for years. Chuck is a good guy and really tries hard to help the customer. Im mechanically inclined (used to be a tool and die maker), I usually do my own brakes, oil, etc. When I take the car to Chuck its because its too big of a job for me or I dont have time (or tools) to do it. My wife works for Firestone and gets a discount for being an employee. RadAirs quotes are often lower than Firestone even after the discount! I never hesitate to recommend people to use RadAir in Medina. Theyre clearly better than any big name service station in the area. Im sad to read the few bad reviews here as these are not experiences Ive had or even can imagine having - I suspect confusion.

Dont ever take your car to Chuck over at this place. My fiance took her car there to get a clutch replaced and the clutch only lasted like 6 months because the flywheel should have been replaced too which they never told us. Even though the clutch was under warranty they still charged her labor and we had to buy a whole new clutch kit with flywheel costing us another $850 even though we just spent $1100.....After they replaced the second clutch and quoted us $365 for labor, she goes in and he charged her another $21 on top of that because he had to add hydraulic fluid which only costs $3 for a whole bottle at any auto parts store. If you want your car fixed right and not ripped off by CHUCK.....DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! EVER!!!!!!

Chuck and the Rad Air Medina team did a great job for me. They fixed the air-conditioning in my car when two other companies could not figure out the problem. I know very little about cars and Chuck took the time to explain the problem, how it was fixed, and that the job is warrantied. He answered all my questions in a friendly and easy to understand manner - he really knows cars!. All the folks there are very polite and helpful. I have recommended Rad Air Medina to my family and friends and they are all happy with the service.

I do a tremendous amount of highway driving between states and Chuck and the boys have never let me down. I go on long trips right after having the car serviced and have never had an issue or have had my car break down. They even top off my fluids and tire pressure without asking or charging me. Ive been going to Chuck for years and trust him with all my vehicles.

Took my Pontiac to these guys because it would miss fire after it warmed up,They charged me $250 for repairs,But never fixed the problem,I took it back they looked at it again,still never fixed it,said they did not know what was wrong.They never offered to refund my money.Do not use these guys They are a rip off..

I came to get brakes and rotors changed and im not made of money, so they said theyd do it without warranty for 250, and put the wrong pads on and now they want to charge me for new pads, when they originally shouldve put the right ones on, terrible service, i will never come here again

Chuck is wonderful and has a great team. I have been scammed on car repairs, but they have always been fair and honest with me here. I appreciate the way they have squeezed me in, given me great customer service, and worked with me on repairs. I would highly recommend this shop!❤️❤️

Chuck and his staff are great. I have been taking my cars to Rad Air for years. I had a 2001 Ford Taurus that with help from Rad Air in maintaining my vehicle I was able to drive to the dealer and trade it in the car with 320,000 miles on it. Keep up the good work.
