Justin meet us at the door as soon as we arrived, listened intently to our query and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We purchased new tires, front brakes and had him check a few other items. The wait for service was both comfortable and surprisingly fast given the problems encountered. His counsel was wise and accurate and the work and warranties were great! We will continue doing business with this store as we feel well taken care in a very polite and timely manor. Sorry Nathan...but we feel differently.

This was my second transaction with them. On both occasions they gave me several options on tires and honored their price on the one I chose.(No hidden costs.) They gave me a time estimate on completion and were well within the estimate. When I ask them to check my belts and hoses, they told me they were in good shape and did not try to sell me something I didnt need. I would recommend them to anyone.

I really had a great experience here getting a couple of new tires. I stopped in to get a price. Since they were busy, they scheduled an appointment for me. These guys started working on my truck the minute I arrived for my appointment and were finished in about 30 min. No waiting around. They were honest about what I needed done and very fair about price.

Everytime I go to Town Tire I deal with Justin! He truly is the best there. He is very courteous and does a very good job explaining things to me. (being a mechanical dummy) The wait is never too long and always fast no matter how busy they are. I love Town Tire of Ocala. I will never go anywhere else.
