Matt went above and beyond to get me and my family back on the road quickly when our tire blew out while traveling through Northfield, OH. When the tire that we ordered earlier in the morning didnt arrive on the delivery truck, Matt took it upon himself to drive to the warehouse to pick up the tire so that we wouldnt have to wait for the next delivery. Matthew and the other technicians went on to make sure that the tire was replaced quickly. Very well done!

Straight talk and fair advise. Never pressure to complete other work. Always assist with understanding the pros and cons of any required or recommended repair. I have used this shop for over 15 years and not disappointed. When Ive "strayed" to other shops, I always come back to this Firestone store. The repair and maintenance quality is there!

Decent service but at times bad communications. Make sure if you want anything special, they write it down on the invoice, They often forget to do the courtesy checks. Just like any other mechanic, be careful
