Scary bad. I went in for an oil change and they told me the car was leaking oil badly. They said the valve cover gasket should be changed and if that didnt fix it they would have to do further work. They gave me a quote of $776.40 for the job. I denied the service as I hadnt noticed any oil leaking in my driveway or black smoke. Its now been two months and the car hasnt leaked a drop. I think they saw out of state plates and thought they found an easy way to make almost $800. I sent an email to them explaining the experience and giving them a chance to explain and they never replied. I would think twice before I went to them!!!!

On 7-24-2014 I had a CARQUEST Model # T-1235 water pump installed on my CTS Cadillac by Rick Johnson. The retail price of the pump from Advance Auto Parts is $89.99. Rick Johnson charged me $249 for the pump, which is almost 3 times the retail cost. They also charged me $263 for the labor. When I called to complain, their explanation was that they have to make money. This company is an absolute rip-off. I would not recommend anyone going To Rick Johnson auto for ANY reason. They are rip-off artists.

Called to get a price on a full set of tires. They only had 2 in stock but promised to have all 4 for installation. They were very cordial. I had 2 conversations with a representative, changed my schedule to meet the needs of the company to install all 4 tires. She promised they would be ready for my appointment the next morning. The tires were not delivered for the appointment, they didnt know where they were. Lost my morning, cancelled the whole order.

This company is the absolute worst! Make sure to get a few quotes before you give them any jobs. I was quoted a couple hundred dollars for a $20.00 part and I put it in in fifteen minutes. Overpriced to say the least. Bought four new tires and ended up paying $ 890.00 for a headlight module. Im taking the old one to BMW to see if I actually needed it at all! Beware, fast talkers, slow workers! By the way, this is not Lindsay, its her husband Russ.

Get a second estimate! My elderly mother had a tire loosing air over the holiday, so I stopped in with her and before I knew it they had an estimate for her over $900.00 to replace two tires and a bunch of other stuff. I took the car to Goodyear Auto on Immokalee and they said the tire was fine. They fixed it with a patch and suggested we get new tires within the next 6 months.

They used to have a good rep. No longer. I was new to the Naples a year ago. I needed an oil change and saw they were running a special. I took the bait. During the oil change I was told that I needed other maintenance that I know was not needed. Curious, I asked them the cost. Over $100 extra. It was the old "sell-up" scam. Avoid.

I had been in this store before when the service was not nearly as good.. yet this day, a man I had not seen before helped me. He was efficient and nice and ended up adding a fluid to my car for free and sending me on my way. It was a break I needed and I left there happy with my experience.

...brought my Honda Pilot in to get the brakes checked. Joe, the manager at the Central location immediately was able to look at the vehicle and diagnose what needed to be done. After new rear pads and rotors, Im impressed with the work and the professional courtesy.

Worst experience ever! Walked in asking for an oil change. Everyone was chomping on food in the garage was rudley talked to! Consider somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human.

Had engine problems while down in Florida...went to Rick Johnsons on Radio Rd, Naples 3 times...paid nearly $2000, but problem still not fixed...NEVER go there for ANY car repairs!!

Went in for a simple oil change and all four tires removed from the vehicle. Rick Johnson then tried to up sell me on repairs that were not needed. Bad business practice.
