Over the years, we have bought over 6 cars from Auto Europa of Naples. I am a younger person who cannot exactly afford the Ferrari or the Lamborghini in the show room, but I still like to buy my daily driver from auto Europa because I know they will not be pressured to "push" you into a car like a regular dealership. When I have fallen in love with a car on the lot that does not fit my needs the sales person has always been able to direct me away from bad calls and into cars that have been reliable and long lasting. Auto Europa stands behind their sales even when they dont have to due to a clear AS IS contract. The sales process is easy, and trouble free. Buying a car from auto Europa is a stress free, quick process. When your new car needs something, they even offer a courtesy car. You are not just getting a car, you are getting a team of knowledgeable mechanics, a courtesy car when needed and anything else that you many need. You can buy with no fear, I just got a 2002 Benz and something electrical went crazy right after I drove off the lot. Not only did they fix it at their expense, but they also gave me a s500 courtesy car so having the car be out of service didnt hinder me one bit. If I had bought from a regular dealership, they would not have fixed it according to the contract we signed, and no way will they hand out a loaner car. I can recommend Auto Europa with complete trust. Now they have a younger sales person there, something I really respect (Ryan) as I too am a young sales person. I dont know about you but nothing scares me more than a guy who has been selling cars for 20 years! I was impressed to see a company willing to offer a young person a position for just important sales as $100,000 cars. Marty is the owner, he is very approachable and always willing to make things right for his buyers. Needless to say if you buy from auto Europa, you get the car serviced and cared for by them as well. The entire team is cool and laid back, but very knowledgeable and professional. Other dealers in town have a guy in a dress shirt and tie that acts like he knows everything its fake professionalism. One of the best things I like about auto Europa is how real and natural the employees are, you are dealing with real people not a guy with a huge smile wanting to pressure you to sign here.

auto europa is a well established dealership in naples FL and offers a wide selection of Mercedes benz models and high end luxury vehicles. Unfortunately my experience with the was not pleasant. when i arrived to view the vehicle i was interested in that i drove 1hr 14min to come see. i arrived close to closing. they had gotten ready a lot of the financing over the phone. the option they had was questionable for me and i had to discuss it with my wife. as i was Ed Biocic was very quick to rush me, point at his watch and say "i need an answer soon, i have to go" which i found to be very disrespectful and unprofessional. we returned about 3 days later or so with our own financing for the car. purchased it. throughout a week and a half of having the car Im noticing a noise coming from the front of the car and took it back to them. they diagnosed it as a "tire issue" and told me it wasnt covered. when i asked why they said cars are sold AS IS, nobody there ever explained verbally all cars are sold as is, very shady if you ask me. quick to take your money and not explain everything. they did not want to help me or compensate for a lag of communication, their service is horrible. and i would not recommend them to anyone. if they would have just took care of the "tire issue" for me since it was not told to me the terms of the purchase i would have been a satisfied customer. Once i told them i did not intend on doing business with them any further, their service department had the nerve to call and try and get me to bring the loaner back same day to give it to someone else.

I was sold a total Lemon! I purchased a low-mileage Mercedes S-550 from them LONG DISTANCE (Im in NC), and had nothing but problems upon delivery (even after paying for a Pre-Purhcase Inspection at Mercedes-Benz of Naples... they may be in-cahoots) I cant even list all of the things mechanically wrong with it upon arrival, but it has spent more time in the repair shop than in my driveway- and this is over $2,000 in repairs and 3 months later! The only thing they reimbursed me for was the leaking air suspension, for it was inoperable upon arrival (they blamed it on the shipping company, but who knows?) This vehicle was supposed to be used in my luxury transportation company, so it has cost me much more than that in lost revenue. The worst problem was the transmission slipping from 2nd to 3rd gear on hills. The salesman, Bill, blew me off when I brought this problem to his attention ( I finally called enough times to get a response), Bill said that the "Warranty Companies should cover it." Well, the Warranty Company would not pay for anything until the ENTIRE drive-train was Serviced and ALL fluids replaced at my expense. Needless to say, it mostly fixed it, but that was $1000 out of my pocket before I could even drive it more than a week. Well, it has been almost 3 months and I have had to have the vehicle towed once again for not starting (with a Client in the car), again costing me money, time, aggravation, and business. I got taken for a lot of money- dont let it happen to you!

Trustworthy, honest, hard working, integrity, just a few words to describe Auto Europa Naples. Other dealerships would of given up and told me they couldnt fix my car. They spent 4.5 months fixing a hack job a previous shop had done and made sure everything was done right. They provided me a loaner for the entire time, and kept me in the loop about the status of my repair. They even reached out other other dealerships and shops for help when they hit a dead end. They have my lifelong trust and I will definitely be buying my next car from them. Thank you Rob, Andrew, and everyone would worked on my vehicle for your hard work and dedication!

I brought my car in to be detailed just the other day, and I am so glad I did! The detailer, Bob, was thorough and made my car look like new! The quality of service at Auto Europa cannot be beat. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. While waiting for my car to be detailed, I spoke with several employees. Robert (I believe that was his name), and the owner, Andrew, were extremely helpful answering any questions I had. You can tell that they are passionate about cars at Auto Europa. The quality and affordability of service cannot be beat. I will be sure to recommend all of my friends this this establishment!

A HUGE Thank You to this incredible service department at Auto Europa. I had a quirky little issue with my CLK Convertibles gas cap door, 1,700 miles away from Naples. After 2 days of other dealerships trying their best to diagnose as well as Mercedes Headquarters not being able to find a solution I called this awesome service department that truly went out of their way to send me a (homemade lol) instructional video of how to fix the issue myself....I always loved my car that I purchased at Auto Europa but now I LOVE the service department!!! #grateful #customerservice
