i called on a thursday night trying to order a part for my car, after being put on hold in a somewhat rude manner.. i waited 8-10 minutes before finally hanging up. however, when i called back the two guys i spoke with were very friendly and helpful. so.... after getting over the waiting serveral minutes.. id say the overall was good for this location.
