Today, 5-17-2016. I brought my 2016 Mazda 3 4dr to this location for an oil change. When finished, I drove about 4 miles down the road, then the sign (!) came on. I knew its a warning of tire pressure. So, I turned around back to the shop so they could check it out. This time they were so nice that they kindly asked me to pull in one of the bays, they even had to move another car out of the way so I could get in. As they were checking, they didnt know why the light came on, because, the tire pressure was all even. So, they just turn the light off by overdrive. After that, I drove another 5 miles and the light came back on again. I turned around 1 more time and they checked it again. This time they said the tire pressure was too high. They reset the pressure and the light and told me if it happens again just come back and they would check it again. Off I went home, hopefully it wouldnt happen again. As I drove home for about 2 miles, the light came on again. I turned around, pulled in the same bay. I was expecting someone kindly come out and help me as they promised last time. Then a supervisor kind of guy walked up to me and this time he didnt take it lightly. He told me to go home and drive another 25 miles, if the light doesnt turn off then come back tomorrow. I dont know if its true, but, I felt like as if they turned me away just because of something they couldnt fix.

We couldnt be happier we chose Tires Plus. What great customer service we received to day at their store. We left our tire rim with them, they called us a little later, that our tire was ready. We had just left the grocery store, after picking up some things for dinner, including ice cream. We spread on over, really wasnt sure exactly what to expect. My wife was a little antsy, that we did have ice cream in the car. A young man met us, and said someone would be with us in 15-20 minutes. My wife spoke up and said, oh, but we have ice cream in the card, this generous young man, Joseph said Ill take care of it, right now! Wow! What GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and thoughtfulness we received! I know my wife will be sure to tell everyone of this great experience! Plus, they had the tire we needed in stock, and it was less expensive here, then other places weve looked! Thank You Tire Plus for making our day turn out smiling.

Horrible always cost me more than quoted ! Went in for an oil change got a call saying my radiator was broken and leaking would cost 700$ well I know for sure my radiator was not leaking I fixed it with a product that stopped the leaked and worked great when my husband and I walked in to look at the radiator they said was broken it had been cracked severely as the tech pushed so hard in the front of the radiator fluid spilled out all over my engine I told them I will bring it back so I drove it home and drove it to work the next day it started smoking and it looked like my whole engine was going to catch fire I was so pissed off my husbands said that he checked the radiator was not cracked needless I had to replace the damn thing DONT GO TO TIRES PLUS THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR !!!!!

Garage service is pretty good for a chain. Tire prices are not bad but they do push to sell their brands. Asked for prices on s certain tire I wanted which I knew was a better quality then their tire and cheaper too and got the old hard sell about their name brand. Held out for the ones I came for and 40k miles later they still look and perform great. Will probably get 50k out of them and I know I would have replaced theirs at 30k. I know because they were the ones I had before my current ones. Just make sure they put the oil drain plug tightly back on. They didnt and I had 5 quarts of new oil on my garage floor. They made it right and refunded all my money. But even so.

Awesome amazing Tires Plus on East Tamiami Trail Philip is gentleman that helped us my daughter needed tires on her Dodge Challenger and we got the Firestone Firehawk a/s great service price I could not beat it youre not going to find a more affordable place to get service and tires and trustworthy I am completely satisfied 10 I score 10 all the way across the board I definitely recommend this place and ask for Philip and tell him that you read Gil review on the app and thats why you are there

VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Lied about the price from the beginning! Very unprofessional and talk to you with no respect! If you go there be sure to pay 4 times more then theyve told you. Do not recommend this place to anyone! BEWARE!! ALSO the manager doesnt do his job, treats customers like trash and over charges everyone!! Will definitely be calling Better Business Bureau!!

Phil is the only person in south florida, maybe even the country, I trust with my car. I have a small background in automotive and when I go to places like airport Kia they try to rip me off where as when I go to phil the problem is diagnosed and fixed and if it isnt fixed they will work WITH you until it is at a price that is appropriate for what is being done.

Took my van in due to bad vibration when braking. In less than two hours new rotors were installed and problem solved with two year rotor and labor warranty. George was very courteous and efficient. Large well air conditioned waiting area with good reading material. Only down side is I wish they would wash the waiting room windows.

Had a ABS brake issue. The folks here were amazingly cheery and helpful. The work I requested resulting in needing additional parts and labor. I was given a great deal on the costs. Went away very happy and would recommend this place to anybody. Thanks very much

Tried to have a flat fixed and they refusef.never mind that i my tires are only 5 months old and have road hazard warranty. Manager didnt wanted to get his hands dirty by fixing my tire.had to drive 120 miles to miami with my spared tired.lousy customer service.
