Making a 7 hour trip to the panhandle so I had to get new tires for the trip. Had an APPOINTMENT for 7am for 4 new tires, dropped my car off came back around 2:30pm, the guy said they only had 1 tire guy in so he hadnt even touched my car, told me it would be done before they closed at 7. I played it cool thought that was fine. Came back at 6:30 still hadnt even moved my car. Whats the point of making an appointment ???? Kind of disappointed.

Worst tire place around.... Seriously dont waste your life... Ignorant people. Went for a tire Ballance and claimed he couldnt balance my tires beacuse my CV axles were broken, they just try and find stuff for you to pay for... f rank is the person that called. About as smart as a box of rocks. Horrible establishment. Wasted 2 hours of my time.

I felt well taken care of while there. I was offered choices in repairing my vehicle to try and work with my budget. Seating area was comfortable, not hard chairs. And the repair was made in a timely manner. I have used Tires Plus on several occasions for various issues. I will continue using them for tires and more.
