I was quoted $59.95 by Dennis for an oil change on my 2008 Mini Cooper Clubman 1.6 N/A so I scheduled the appointment. I got a call the day of the appointment telling me that it wouldnt be $59.95 and that the owner (whose name is Andreas) wouldnt allow me to install my K&N drop in filter and the oil change required special fully synthetic oil that had to be special ordered so it would cost $129. What a joke. Ferman BMW only charges $109 and they use Castrol 5w-30 which is what BMW says to use. As long as you use fully synthetic whether its Mobil 1 or Castrol it doesnt matter. I just got a Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil change with my K&N drop in filter for $79 plus tax.

In my opinion Andreaus is the best Euro car mechanic you will find anywhere. He is very knowledgable and has many years of experience with Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Porsche, VW, etc... I am nearly 70 years old, and an ex-Machinist with plenty of experience looking for good mechanics. His work is second to none and his honesty is impeccable. If you are looking for a great euro mechanic I guarantee you will not find a better one anywhere!!!

The hardest working and most honest person that you will ever deal with. He goes out of his way to make you happy. Dont try to take him for granted so or insult him with bargaining/chiseling prices. Also, this is a European repair specialty shop NOT a shop for American or Asian vehicles and it is not the Fleamarket where you bargain for a deal

Andreas is both honest and skilled. He completed my Service A on my 2016 CLA Mercedes for half of what a dealer would have charged me. He was thorough and spent time afterwards explaining the service. He has worked on Mercedes since he was 15 years old. Years and years of experience. I highly recommend him.

This place is the worst repair service Ive ever had. My car did not run more than a month showing a lot of warnings. Do not waste your money here because , the only thing matters here is your money, Right after you leave the place they dont even respect you on the phone

Really knows his stuff. Owner is the mechanic. Honest and a lot cheaper than an MB dealer. Will point out problems and let you decide what to fix, although he knows I know something of cars. Hes a straight shooter.
