** A SERIOUS failure on nearly every facet *** BEWARE *** With recommendation from General RV, I took my RV there in hopes of getting my RV road ready for summer vacation. THE APPOINTMENT I called with advanced notice to make an appointment and was assured that they would get it done in time for my vacation. I took it in and described what needed to be looked at. I asked about the 40-point inspection that they advertise, performing on every repair job. It was comforting to know that they could find a lurking problem and that inspection would find it. I dropped off the vehicle at the appointed time. They confirmed when I was leaving on vacation and I told them July 1 to pick it up the morning, because I was headed out on a long trip. I dropped it off on June 16, 2016. Seeing a number of RVs on their lot, I felt these might be good guys. PICKING UP MY RV I called on June 23 and June 27 to check the status and was told they were on track and would call me when it was ready. I called in the morning of July 1 and they didnt answer. I left a message, but didnt get a return call. I waited 2 hours, called again. The person that answered said they would check on the status and call me back. I waited another 3 hours and called again (the third time). I was told to hold and they would check. After a long wait, they came back and said "um, yeah, its ready". With all the attention they gave to getting it done on time, I was disappointed to find that it was ready, but I had to badger them to find out. SHOCKED AND SURPRISED I rushed to pick it up, while my wife was changing the campground arrival plans for the next few days - pretty frustrating. When I got home and starting to pack the RV is when I found out that they werent done with it and the RV was a mess with various parts and screws laying on the floor. The generator carburetor was laying on the couch and all of its various greasy parts were lumped next to it. The coach electrical switch was dangling at the end of the harness and the screws were nowhere to be found. The AC roof vent and switch was laying under the dinette. It was a freaking mess. RIPPED OFF ** They charged me $1,036.99 of which $270 was parts, the other $800 was diagnostic fees. I was told that the generator and AC unit need to be replaced - - another $3500. I called immediately and was told to bring it back and they could get it fixed the next week or two, but were very busy and it was Saturday and they were closing soon. I was shocked - - I told him Id call him, but knew that I had to put this back together myself and get onto the vacation. So much planning goes into this, I just couldnt postpone the vacation at the last minute, then wait a few more weeks. SAFETY SMA-FETY Within 100 miles of my trip, the front brakes SIEZED. After getting it to another repair facility, they said it was simple to see the problem and that ANY minor inspection would have revealed the issue. It was clear that Evola did not do the 40-point inspection. I refuse to go back. I am still angry. I went to Camping World in Belleville where they will be finished the repairs at a much MUCH lower price.

We were traveling from South Carolina to visit family in Michigan where we are originally from. Two warning lights lit up on the dash and the tow/haul mode quit working on our new Class C Motor Home. I started making calls to find a place to repair it after making our destination in Michigan. After being on the phone for an hour with Ford dealers the last one referred me to General RV who then referred me to Keith Evola Service. I am so glad I did! I spoke with the service department and explained the problem. They felt it was something they could take care of and suggested I bring it over first thing in the morning as they were about to close when I called. The next day, I brought our RV over at 7:15 a.m. Alex explained the warranty process and said it may be 1 or 2 days. He asked when we needed it and I told him we were suppose to leave the next day. He said they would do their best. He later called at 11:30 a.m. with the good news. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and it was ready to go the same day! We appreciate the great service we received at Keith Evola Service! We made the trip back to South Carolina stress free and safer as the tow haul mode was needed in the mountains. We have their name and number saved for our next trip to Michigan. Thanks again for such great customer service! Mike and Claudia Rettell

5.0 star rating 4/20/2016 We purchased an older motorhome two years ago and as can be expected a few problems came up that needed service. Over the course of the last two years I took my unit to Evolas for service. They did a few major repairs that had problems after the service was done. Rather than going some place else and complaining about the work done by Evolas, I went back and discussed the situation with Keith Evola personally. He apologized for the difficulties I had experienced and asked if he could make things right. I agreed and believe me they really stepped up to the plate and took care of all the issues. It is one thing when a business says they stay by their work and then expend the least amount of effort to fix the problem. But it is rare when a business not only fixes the problem but goes beyond and fixes any issues that they encounter that needed attention. Evola Service is one of those rare businesses. I will be a long time customer with them since I know any problems I have will be taken care of.

I brought Keith a 2004 F350 4 door long bed SD 6.0 Diesel 4 wheel drive truck that I bought completely non-functional off a friend. Why? I dont trust anyone else to work on heavy duty diesels. The Truck had long term engine, turbo, suspension, electrical, braking, emission, airconditioning, and electronic problems too numerous to list, but only 150000 miles and I hoped to save it to pull my 5th wheel. After his crew was finished, I drove away in a truck that was better than when it was new and pulls my 9000 pound camper like it wasnt there. Keith also intalled the hitch and wiring. I drove it for a week before writing this review, and Im blown away by its performance. He is also now my repair shop of choice for a 2014 diesel Jetta after dealing with dealer incompetence. Was it worth the money? Thanks to Evola service, it was!

I called early to see if they could fit my vehicle in for a coolant leak. Brought the car in and everyone at the front desk was super friendly and got all my information quickly. I told them what was wrong and they went to work on my vehicle immediately. I get a call about an hour or so later saying they found the problem but that there was another concern that needed to be fixed as well. This didnt feel like they were trying to get more money from me, it felt like they were looking out for me and my vehicle. I told them to go ahead and fix the problems. My vehicle was repaired a few hours later. I asked a few questions about the repair and they showed me the old parts. Friendly, informative, and quick to complete the job. 5/5 would recommend.
