If i could have given them ZERO stars i would have. My Grandmother went there JUST to get her tires rotated. During the rotation they wound up breaking one of her OEM Toyota hubcaps. Pressured her into them replacing all four of her hubcaps with their extremely cheap KT900-15 brand hubcaps which are worth around 20 bucks each before commercial discount. The OEM Toyota hubcaps she had on the car are worth 100 Dollars EACH from Toyota. I went back to the store the next day because she was upset with what happened. The manager told me " she requested it" (Yeah right) and that the other hubcaps were probably still in the dumpster. They werent in a dumpster they were stashed in a closet packaged neatly in the cheap hubcap box. so he goes to order the new hubcap like they should have done, but hes trying to order a replica one a " Toyota Style" as he put it. (Still looking for the cheapest route possible) i told him to get the exact quality one as the one they broke, he called Toyota and within 4 mins told me they would arrive tomorrow. which they should have done in the first place. taking 300 dollars worth of hubcaps and exchanging them for 60 dollars worth( because they are buy 3 get 1 free) hubcaps to possible sell in the future. In the Treasure Coast area Elderly Folks are being taken advantage of at a alarming rate ,sadly finding a trustworthy business is very difficult these days STAY AS FAR FROM THIS SHOP DO NOT GO HERE!! ( I never looked at these ratings before this review and after my experience they do not surprise me one bit!!)

Brought my girlfriends car in because the engine was shaking the entire car. They diagnosed & fixed the issue, but more importantly, while I was waiting, I drove to Bealls Outlet next door, and my car wouldnt start. The mechanic walked over & tried to jump it using the jumper box they had, but it didnt work, so he gave us the keys to his own car to drive to auto zone to buy jumper cables. Who does that? Our mechanic at tires plus does that.

I took my truck in to get aligned at another tires plus in Lake Worth after replacing my tie rod. They got it close but it was still out of spec, and said I needed to spend $500 on a camber kit. Frustrated I thought I would try one more time at a different location I ended up using this tires plus and they got my alignment right and did it within an hour. I highly recommend this tires plus based on my experience

Great service and competent mechanics. You will never find a place to service your car that will treat you better. The manager, Brian, is fantastic. A few months after they replaced my front brakes there was a squealing sound coming from them and hard as they tried they couldnt find the cause so they replaced everything at no charge. I am a customer for life.

Our service advisor Jessica was beyond helpful! We needed a lot of work done to our car and she went over everything in detail before ay work was performed. There was no upsell whatsoever and she even provided us with a discounted price. The level of service we got was outstanding, I would highly recommend this location.

Excellent Service all around! Went in for an oil change, Bobby was my counter rep, he did an AWSOME job! Didnt try to sell me ANYTHING & I was in /out in less than an hour. I will highly recommend them to everyone! Oh, he also gave me a $15.00 off instant coupon, so was oil change was under $25.00, whoo-hoo!!

I special ordered the tires my car had when new, they had them w/in a couple days ... able to make appt Sunday morning ... no waiting once I got there, friendly service, cost was exactly as I had priced out on the Internet ... alignment & tire balance was spot on, car drives like new.

My battery died while shopping at Bealls. Much to my surprise they not only sold me a new battery, they let the mechanic walk over across the parking lot and Take the old one out, and put the new one . I was on my way in less than 15 minutes . Thanks Tire Plus!

I went there for an alignment, and they charged me for an alignment. Only problem is they never did the alignment. I called them out on it soon after. Easy to see what kind of people run this place.
