on August 5th, I took my 2004 KIA Sedona to the KIA dealer at Doral because the engine was not working properly, after several days, the service manager calls me and tells me that they have to do a tune up for around $1200.00 but, could not guaranty that this would correct the problem. August 8th, I went to AAMCO HIALEAH recommended by my brother who has his truck, car and Harley serviced there, and a review as well. I arrived and was greeted by Roger and his brother who are the technicians and run/own the place. Roger quoted me 800-900 worse case scenario, and said "if we dot fix it there is no charge". I agreed and left.On Sat August 9th, Roger called me and told me the car was fixed and my bill was $560.00. I appreciate the honesty, he could have simply charged me what we agreed upon and I would have been just as happy. Of course Im glad the bill was cheaper. Also save for me all the old parts and explained what they do (I still dont understand). I have since referred two neghbors, both have happily become customers of AAMCO HIALEAH. (we are 30+ miles away). I will recommend to all my friends. It is good to deal with honest reliable people. Just visited again to have my Air Conditioning Repaired. Again, great service, great people. Brakes done today and oil change, still very happy with service and people.

7/10/2016 compro en Carmax un Hummer H3 2010, 38 dias mas tarde, me muestra el siguiente mensaje : Traction Control Failure, Carmax me envia a ver a Roger, excelente profesional, desde el principio hasta hoy que me entrego el Hummer , realizo un trabajo extraordinario, el sera mi mecanico hasta el final de mis dias. La educacion y con el respeto que me trato es unico, me entrego el Hummer limpio x fuera y x dentro. Muchas Gracias Roger y a todo el equipo que trabajo para resolver el grave problema en el Hummer. Consejo para todos que compren un auto usado Por Favor compren la garantia extendida o no compren el auto.

My transmission was repaired at AAMCO OF HIALEAH, after researching different shops and getting random prices, this shop asked me to bring the car in for a diagnosis so they could give me an accurate estimate. This make a whole lot of sense to me because how could you possibly know what is wrong or how much is it going to cost without looking at or diagnosing the car. Well the diagnosis was free they treat me like a king the transmission turn out a little more expensive that I though or had in mind, however after listening to the explanation of the why the difference in money, it made perfect sense to me. I got a warranty of 1 year or 24,000 miles that was unbeatable and 30 days after getting my transmission rebuilt by them am so happy that I made the right decision, for whatever is worth THANKS GUYS .

I rarely recommend any body to anyone for whatever the need be,but in this case i will make an exception, you rarely come across technicians this day and age,you usually encounter part changers,you have heard it before, i think you need this or that, lets change it anyway,guess you heard that before,you spend your money and the car is worse than when you brought it in.....Not the case with these guys at AAMCO,My van was brought in and they told me exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it,no experimenting or guessing they also diagnosed another problem that another shop overlooked and fixed it...i recommend these guys hands down any day true technicians and honest a rare commodity these days thank you..!!!!!!!!

Last year I brought my car for a problem with the transmission, I was very worry how it could go, I had unpleasant experiences in car repairs, but it could not be better my car runs perfectly, it was diagnosed and repair for what was really wrong with a professional diagnose and at the right price, a couple of days ago I brought my car for a check up, I had some problems starting my car and I received the same excellent service, they put the car in the computer and search carefully to find exactly what was wrong. I am impress with the professionalism, dedication and honesty, they were going to a mechanics seminar, to keep the staff up to date, no wonder the service is excellent.

In South Florida its very hard to find honesty in a car repair shop. Most of them focus on getting the most money from their customers without caring about the repercussions. Here its quite differently. Ive been coming to this shop for 6 plus years whenever Ive had the slightest of issue/question with my vehicles. Ive always gotten a honest answer and the problem/questions has always been resolved. Roger and the rest of his guys do a great job. As long as I live in Miami they will always have me as a customer.

Roger explained what all the codes meant, I can say good enough things about these guys. It is difficult enough finding a good auto mechanic, but I like the communication, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with work needed. I will not try to explain what was done to my car, but I went in thinking I needed a new transmission and it turned out to be a $274 repair. Definitely recommend

In Miami Is very hard to find honest people.... Well, You have it in this shop. Roger is the more ethic person that I know, We had a lot of issues with my Camaro, and responded until my car was perfect. I will take my car to this shop any time. Highly recommend...AAA+++
