Whenever you go to another mechanic, they will try to make you believe your car needs something urgently fixed, and once they fix it, it magically costs twice what they told you it did for whatever reason. Zahiel (the owner of ZRT) on a few occasions has told me that the parts for repair did not cost as much as he thought it would, and told me I only owe him $x.xx. The shop is always full, but thats because people know its great. I dont live close, but always go out of my way to come here because I know I will get the same service for 1/3 of the $$$ here.

Some of the most honest mechanics Ive encountered in Miami. Got a bad diagnosis on a problem with my cars radiator from another mechanic, and these folks took the time to walk me through what was really happening to my car (which was only a few bad hoses) and ended up spending only a fraction of what I thought I was going to have to. These guys are great!

They never want to help. I got there at 5:15 and they didt want to fix my car since they close at 6:00. Ive tried several times to have my car serviced there but this was the last time
