I took my BMW there and I was told the wait would be at least 1.5 hours due to the line but the diagnostic test would only take 45 mins. I left and came back and then was told, the mechanic that knows cars like mine was getting off in 30 minutes. They open at 8 and we got there 9:30. Hes getting off after 1.5 hours of working? What ticks me off is my bf wasnt told these things upfront. HE HAD TO ASK. I was cool with leaving it overnight but he STILL HAD TO CALL to find out they need "special tools" for my car that they dont have. They cant fix it. I wasted 2 days to find out THEY COULDNT EVEN TOUCH MY CAR. Nice employee that helped us but wasnt forthcoming with the news. HORRIBLE! I will NEVER patronize another Tires Plus. Nice is okay but PROFESSIONALISM would be about integrity of the job. Its okay to say "we dont have the proper materials to fully service your car/fulfill your needs" instead of smiling and giving us empty promises and timelines.

This place is a complete SCAM and RIP OFF... I do not recommended going here. They lie, they will ALWAYS try to up charge you on something. They will not do a good job. Live in Coral Springs my entire life, given this place numerous changes, on multiple occasions they tried to rip me off. Last time I went, they told me my tire rods need replacing so they cant do my free tire rotation. Also, theyve tried to sell me new tired and alignment every time when I do not need it. Years ago they tried to get me to replace my breaks when they didnt need replacing according to my second opinion. Lastly, two days after bringing my car for an oil change and denying their additional charges, my gear shifter broke. This place is a joke, and a rip off. Sucks they are in the coral springs neighborhood. They should be reported. Scammers.

I wish I could give more stars to this review!! It always gives me a bit of hope when a company actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer service. Yesterday, I went to Tires Plus after having a really bad experience with my car’s dealer salesman and at Tires Plus I experienced a wonderful example of outstanding customer service. Sometimes, I can feel taken advantage of in these types of environments being a woman but definitely not here. Thank you Nick for all you help, for fighting with me and specially for treating me and my kids as you did. My experience was exceptionally good and all the employees that I had a chance to talk to were nice and professional. I will be recommending this place to all my friend and family.

I just purchased a second hand car from a private owner. I took it there for an oil change and they did a courtesy check of the engine, made a couple of suggestions because of the milage on the car, but didnt specify that anything was wrong. Three weeks later my son ran over a bottle and I had to buy two new tires. I was informed that my cooling system needed a major overhaul. My question to them was why if they were just changing tires was the hood even open and second how come three weeks earlier when the hood was open these items werent discovered? Either the first mechanic was inept or they are trying to make a quick buck. Funny three days later the "Check Engine" light is on. I would NEVER take my car there again. Very untrustworthy.

This place is always short of staff. If you go for an oil change anytime of the day, they always will have an excuse that they dont have staff and the wait will be more than 2 hours. I tried early morning today. Same story!!. Once you are committed to serve customers from 7:00am to 7:00pm, be equipped with enough staff to handle the customers.

I always have an amazing experience here. Service is fast and efficient. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and provides excellent customer service. As a woman, sometimes you can feel taken advantage of in these types of places-certainly not the case here. Thank you Nick and Phil for always providing me with quality and trustworthy service!

The wait time in this place is extreme. Even if you have an appointment, be prepared to wait a minimum of 2.5 hours. That wait time is even longer if you walk in without an appointment. They do a good job with the oil change, but its an oil change. Theres not much to it. In my opinion a simple oil change is not worth a 2.5+ hour wait.

Nick, the manager has an outstanding customer service Ethos. His when staff are very friendly and helpful. They work with you on the price to keep you safe and not bust the budget. My wife, who is very weary of automotive repair shops, is willing to come here alone to get works done and have problems identified.

NOT A PLACE TO TRUST: Very frequent and unethical hardcore sales tactics. Services sold are not done. You have to double check and remain on premises to watch that their promissed (and sold) work is done.
