I have been taking my car to this place for two or more years. Around or about a month or two ago, I had my most recent oil change. The gentleman that performed the oil change was new. I have a piggyback. Initially after the service was completed, Jeff Hartsoe (I believe that is his name) reviews with me what the gentlemen noted , "small leak in oil pain" and leak from a value cover gasket which they replaced about four months or so prior. When I advised Jeff that they replaced the gasket, he stated that the guy was wrong and marked it off my sheet, otherwise they stated my car was great. Within about a 3 week period I began noticing that the car was not running as usual and also noticed on the sticker placed in the window instead of 10/30 oil (always previously used), 5/30 oil was used. I called and spoke with Kevin and was advised to bring the car in so that he could look at it. He only checked the oil level. Yesterday (3/8/17) after arriving at home I noticed some leakage and called and spoke with another Jeff and was advised to bring it in so that they could look at the car. When I arrived was initially told it may be an hour before they could get to my car. I then stated that I could not wait that long due to prior engagements. Darrin (who has previously done an oil change on my car) placed my car on a lift and he, I and Jeff went to look underneath. I could not believe what I was seeing...there was so much oil splatter underneath which has created some corrosion. Jeff and Darren both began to tell me that this has been going on for years and that I had MULTIPLE leaks. I then asked if this was the case why has no one ever mentioned the corrosion or multiple leaks during the times they have serviced my vehicle. No one could answer that question. Jeff then asks Darren to review my records as I assumed to see if there was any documentation from them that they indicated this on any service documents and of course there were NONE. Jeff then tells me that "if I expected to get anything free, it was not going to happen" and suggested that I pay them $35 to spray underneath and an additional amount for dye so that they could see where the now "LEAKS" were coming from. I was and still am very disappointed with this place of business as both gentlemen were very unprofessional and had no regard or concern for the fact that I have been a patron. I asked that they remove my car from the lift and advised that they would no longer receive my service. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

I came in for an oil change. My truck was driving fine. After the work was done, and I left the shop my truck was idling rough an felt like it was going to shut off. I immediately turned around and took it back. After taking a quick look I was told to bring it back because they was to busy to get it right. Mind you, my truck was riding fine when they took in into the bay, and not when it came out. One of the so called mechanics that did not even work on my truck stated that who ever work on it in the past may have used not so good plug wires. No one has touched my truck under the hood sense 2006 when I started coming there. Check your records. If they were below standard plug wires on anything else, they put it on my truck, because before them only the dealership worked on my truck. I was the first one in the shop that day when they opened, and was told after my truck didnt come back to me in the same shape it was in when I turned it over to them, that I needed to bring it back because they was to busy. How can you tell the first person in the door, and not getting there vehicle right that they are to busy. Thats not something you tell the first person in the door after working on there car or truck and making it worse. I was not treated like a loyal customer after 10 years of servicing my truck. Very poor customer service and I will not be back because of it. I have recommended quite a few people to your shop that will most likely stop doing business there. They trust what I say and theres a reason for that. Im sure you will continue to do business without me or my recommendations. But you want treat me this way, ever again.

So this is my experience on today 6/12/14 at the Winston Sale site on Peters Creek Parkway. Let me begin by saying I often trust Precision with my oil change however it was recommended that my oxygen and Serpentine belt were changed. Let me remind you my car was running completely fine (minus the check engine light being on-no problems). On 6/10/14 Kevin(Manager) informed me that sensor shoud be replaced so I agreed to the 400.00 job. Everything seemed great until I turned my car off. When I attempted to crank my car now it hesitates and I have to give gas in order for it to crank. I took my vehicle back today informing Kevin of he issu and he immediately blamed my battery. I advised him that my battery was new at which time he advised that Nissn would have to reset my car. I asked him how is this possible when I have had the battery over a month and my car was running completely fine. before I came in and it started acting crazy immediately after work was completed. Needless to say Kevin made m feel like I was just stupid and didnt understand anything. I KNOW WHAT MY VEHICLE WAS DOING BEFORE I WENT AND WHAT IT IS DOING AFTER SERVICE WAS COMPLETED. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO PRECISION. I attempted to contact Customer service and I left a message however I have yet to receive a return call. Kevin, you have ruined my overall experience with Precision through your laziness and attempts to demean women. Oh and then Kevin advised me of a 400.00 additional charge for a "tune up and other issues" which "may" have caused my car to start acting weird......Really Kevin.......? JUST SAY NO TO PRECISION TUNE!!!

Ill admit, they were very friendly.I appreciated that. But they were not honest about the diagnosis of my car. My car was leaking coolant so I went in( Wednesday 5/3) to get it checked out. They informed me that I needed a new radiator, thermostat, and gasket and said that it would be about $708.Labor alone would have been $300+. I am a college student so of course I did not have that to spare. They alerted me that it was pouring out and that my radiator was crumbling so of course I was in panic mode. Since I couldnt afford that, I bought the parts myself and sought someone who could do the labor for a little cheaper. When I took my car in to get the radiator installed at a different location the other shop told me that my radiator was perfectly fine (took it out and showed it to me) but rather it was only my coolant reservoir that was leaking. I didnt even need to get a new radiator. Precision Tune didnt even tell me that my reservoir was leaking. It was not in the breakdown sheet that they gave me(And I looked several times to make sure). So I potentially would have have spent hundreds of dollars on something that I didnt even need and that still wouldnt have solved my problem. I probably would have had to come in another time and spent more money. If they were going to lie about the diagnosis I would have gone somewhere else. I am a young woman so maybe they felt it was OK to upcharge and try to scare me into getting it done. I dont know but I am very offended and disappointed in their lack of honesty.
